„Leider werden Wünsche nach einem ruhigen Zimmer nicht berücksichtigt, bzw. weiss wohl das Personal nicht, wie es dort nachts zugeht. Wir haben ein Zimmer direkt über der Küche bekommen, dort, wo das Personal beim Rauchen steht, dort, wo der Parkplatz ist, und wo die Glascontainer sind, außerdem noch neben dem Aufzug. The main office is 10 min away and there is no one located at the location of the rooms so you have to call the main office. They would say they would fix it, then try and tell me that it was working fine even when I would check with other guests and none of us could get into the WiFi using multiple devices. The best answer I would get from the desk is there was nothing the could do. ...
