„Hotel is nicely located on a quiet street with grass and trees. But, it is dated with basic amenities though nice sheets and towels. Front desk person was brand new and had no training. This website had not processed my payment and the young man didn’t know what to do. He kept calling us and basically made a mess of our check in. I would probably not stay here again.“

„The staff were extremely friendly during my visit here. They continuously made sure that I had everything that I need. During my stay, I saw a staff member give another guest a ride as I was walking into the lobby. The staff member immediately stopped what they were doing to make sure i had what i needed before continuing providing the service to another guest. The staff here really care about their guest. „We stayed in the Copper Beech Suite, which was spacious and comfortable. It has its own screened-in porch which was wonderful to sit on at all times of the day. The hosts are very friendly, welcoming and attentive. And the breakfasts were very good. Highly recommended! “

„Check in was easy. Customer service was great. We were put in a room all the way at the end out of view . Room smelt very musty, and like someone was smoking cigarettes and marijuana in it. We were able to switch rooms which was great. Parking lot started getting packed after 5pm. Cars bumping sound systems for 2 hours non stop. Loud noises outside, people stomping feet about our room. Had trouble getting to sleep due to all the noise - VERY loud outside the windows .. lots of commotion going ...
