„We came to the area for Grumpy Old Men Days in Wabasha and this was a perfect place for our group of 6 to have a home base. Beds and seating for everyone without feeling we were on top of each other. The decor was very nice and the place felt very homey. We were even treated to 2 beautiful sunsets over the lake. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy place with a fantastic view.“

„Lil’ Kickback is such a sweet cozy place to stay. The cabin was very clean and well stocked with supplies. The view, wood burning stove plus the fireplace made our stay in the middle of January such a warm inviting stay. Jolene was a great host! Always responding quickly and willing to be accommodating. Plus the little “hunting” game made it fun too. Highly recommend a stay here! Hopefully we will be coming back for another stay“

„My friends and I fell in love with this sweet cabin, the town of Pepin and the nearby towns up and down the river. The location of this space is excellent. Walkable to a couple of great restaurants (Harbor View Cafe! What a gem!) and the marina. The balcony had great views of the river, even with the boats up for the winter, and great sunset views. The train is a frequent passerby, but the white noise machines in each bedroom made it a nonissue. I will definitely be back! “

„Beautiful property, plenty of room, everything you need, peaceful, great location. We just really enjoyed our stay. The only problem we had was the code was incorrect to enter. Which is not a problem except that we had about an hour and a half delay from the host and getting back to us. so luckily it wasn’t too cold out, she’s pleasant so that’s not a worry, but might be a little bit more in tune to a client reaching out around check in time. However, we highly recommend the property and host. “

„We decided on Wednesday night to go to Grumpy fest. I didn't want to stay in the hotel if possible wanted to be closer to Downtown. Checked vrbo and this was available. It was great, within walking distance of all the activities. Great condo and we even met some of . the neighbors “
