"Well functioning airport shuttle and a well-equipped big gym. That’s the two positive aspects I can mention. Apart from that the hotel does not fulfill the function that people use a hotel for- get sleep when they are away from home. My room was exactly after the runway so the departing aircraft’s flew right over. Instead of using triple-glazed windows or other measures to reduce noises, they only have very old windows not protecting guests from the noise at all. I don’t now how often I woke up from departing airplanes but I now can differentiate very well the sound of narrow and wide body aircraft’s during take off 😂 Please do not give the feedback that I have ti expect this at an airport hotel. The night before I stayed at Atlanta airport in similar proximity to the airport and they had well isolated window systems reducing the noise to maybe 25% of the level of the Hyatt Regency at O’Hare airport."

"Das Hotel ist in idealer, zentraler Lage direkt neben der Metro (Red Line). Zimmerausstattung nicht mehr ganz modern, aber nichts zu beanstanden. Große Dusche ist ein Plus. Zimmerreinigung sollte alle zwei Tage erfolgen, es waren allerdings eher drei. Das Personal im Vergleich zu anderen Einrichtungen nicht besonders freundlich, aber hilfsbereit. Das Fitnessstudio ist sehr gut ausgestattet."

"Nice Hotel with clean and spacious rooms. Two things the Hotel could be change: the breakfast room is small and often crowded. There are only emergency stairs and no regular stairs to use. When the two elevators are crowded sometimes the wait time is long. "

"Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Sehr grosse und geräumige Zimmer, direkter Blick auf die Michigan Avenue. Alles Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuss erreichbar, zum Strand und zur Promenade am Lake Michigan nur 5-10 Minuten. "

"Wir hatten vier wunderbare Nächte in diesem Hotel. Es ist sehr zentral gelegen und war stehts sauber. Freundliches Personal. Einziger Minuspunkt ist das Morgenbuffet. Ich denke hier könnte das Hotel sich etwas optimieren und z.B. auf nachhaltiges Mateial setzen und nicht alles mit Einweg-Geschirr lösen."
