„Das Hotel war großartig. Wir wurden beim Check-in gefragt ob wir daily Cleaning wünschen. Wir wollten das täglich das Bett gemacht wird aber frische Tücher und Bettwäsche muss nicht täglich sein. Am ersten der 3 Tage kamen sie nur den WC-Deckel reparieren. Am 2. Tag hatten wir wieder Trinkgeld auf dem Bett gelassen mit einer Notiz. Das Geld wurde genommen, frische Tücher gebracht, aber nichts geputzt und nicht mal das Bett gemacht. War enttäuschend. Beim Check-out habe ich das Personal ...

„Wir hatten ein modern eingerichtetes und sehr sauberes Zimmer, die Betten waren auch sehr bequem. Nur das Hotelpersonal war nicht besonders hilfsbereit, wir wollten den Gäste-PC nutzen, dieser hat aber nicht funktioniert, die Dame am Check-In meinte nur kurz, dies sei schon länger der Fall., dann hat sie sich wieder mit ihrer Kollegin unterhalten und ließ uns stehen. Da uns auch das Stadtviertel nicht besonders gefallen hat - sehr modern und ohne "Atmosphäre", werden wir nächstes mal wieder ein ...

„Check-in was quick and easy. Connal at the front desk was very professional and accommodating. He put us in a room that had strong cigarette smell so ℑ asked to switch and he was very kind and allowed to us to view two other rooms to choose from. The next morning ℑ found out the door was not locked behind us so the morning staff fixed it right away. The toilet was not flushing and a maintenance man was sent in and fixed it upon request. Two things ℑ was not please was were breakfast is not ...

„Looking for a place near the Creighton hospital. The only bad thing was the fifth night I had to move to a different location. They were filled up and the price tripled and didn’t honor a hospital discount. I was here to sit with my brother at the hospital and being retired and traveling from Arizona they should be there for the people not the DOLLAR “
