„We enjoyed staying at this home in Arnold, which is close enough to walk to the brewery/restaurant, grocery store and other necessities, and a short drive to Calaveras Big Trees Park. The home is large and comfortable. The host kindly let check in early on a Saturday and was very communicative. We enjoyed playing horseshoes in the backyard. The kitchen is extremely well stocked for cooking. The blankets and linens could use a deep clean, and the yard some tidying, but we were comfortable.“

„We had a great time with my family of four and our two small dogs. There was plenty of room and it was a great location. The pilot light was out in the fireplace, but that was fixed within an hour, thank you very much. There was also no sponge to wash dishes, but that was fixed quickly as well. Plenty of room in the cabin to relax and play. Close to snow. We loved that the back deck was fenced for our dogs. Overall we were very happy and would go back.“

„The property is great. The only issue i have is the washer and dryer does not work. I informed the host and sge said she new it was broken but forgot to inform VRBO and me. If i have know i would have asked dor a refund and rented a different house. I am on vacation and do not want to go to a laundry mate and wait 3 hours for my family to do laundry. I am waiting on VRBO to get back for a resolution on this issue. I asked for a refund of the host fee of ,$230 dollars and the host wanted to ...

„We absolutely loved our stay in Pat's cabin! There were 6 of us (and our dog). 3 adults, 2 teens and a 4 year old. There was more than enough space for all of us. Checking in was a breeze. Pat was very communicative and always replied to my messages in a timely fashion. She accommodated us with an early check in. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. We had everything we needed. The location is great! I hope we can go back again soon!“

„My husband and I needed a last minute one-night stay in Arnold and were grateful that we could rent this cabin. Overall our stay was good. The cabin had plenty of room for us and was clean. We really enjoyed the deck in the evening and in the morning. The entry instructions were confusing and we were thankful we didn't arrive at night. „We did not expect a 2 story condo with 1.5 baths, a kitchen and 2 balconies decks. It was beautiful in the pine trees and you could hear a pin drop. There was a gas bbq and a wonderful indoor pool and jacuzzi. It is an older property that could use some screen doors to open some sliders and a few repairs with kitchen drawers that fell out. We should have brought salt, pepper, foil as we did not bring some of these basics. Overall we had a fabulous stay and would like to return again. “
