Lakefront Condo - Family Friendly/FREE HOIST

This beautiful LAKEFRONT 3BR/2B CONDO (1896 sq. ft.)is yours to enjoy. Breathtaking views, wrap around deck, fireplace, jacuzzi tub, and all the comforts of home. Plus you get to use of the indoor water park, Boji Splash, and the outdoor pool. This will make the vacation one to remember.

FREE BOAT HOIST

Private boat hoist available for you to use. Fits a boat under 26' and under $6,000 lbs. No pontoons. Just take the steps down to the dock, turn right and we are 6 hoists down. The sign will say "Dowdey"

This condo has everything you need to enjoy your stay at the lake. It is on the lakefront end of the building, with a view from the living room, kitchen, dining area, and master bedroom that must be seen to appreciate. You will have access to all Bridges Bay amenities including: Boji Splash indoor water park, the beautiful lagoon style outdoor pool with swim-up bar, and a pool next to our building, onsite lakefront restaurants, Bracco & The Waterfront, exercise room. Plus you are minutes from trails, shopping, Arnolds Park Amusement Park, restaurants, and everything this great vacation area has to offer.

You can comfortably sleep 8 people. The master bedroom has a king size bed. Bedroom number 2 has a queen. And the 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed and twin bunk beds. You can sleep additional people on the blow-up queen mattress in the living room.

ELEVATOR is conveniently located next to the underground private parking spot for this unit.

The dock and hoist are out the side building door and about 75 steps away to the steps.


Condo rental includes 6 free daily passes to Boji Splash Waterpark and Pool.
Their hours are:
Off Season: Day after Labor Day to Friday before Memorial Day
Friday: 4—10 p.m.
Saturday: 9 a.m. —10 p.m.
Sunday: 9 a.m.—5 p.m.
Summer: Saturday before Memorial Day to Sunday, September 5.
12 p.m. —7 p.m., daily *staff and weather permitting*

We rent a condo every year for a week over the 4th of July. This condo has been by far our favorite condo! Plenty of room, well supplied and amazing views. We are planning on booking this condo yearly going forward. The owner was very accommodating to answer questions that I had with booking.

Perfect place for our family!
We came for a wedding with our kids and our parents. The place was spacious and beautiful. We had a few rainy days, but found a closet with toys and some games to entertain the kids. We loved having our own dock and slip so that we could put our boat in and not worry about it for the weekend. Our views were gorgeous!

Great place, great location
My family and I were in town for a funeral and were very pleased with our stay. The condo was clean and had all tolietries as listed. We each had plenty of room to sleep. Although we didn't spend much time at the condo, we loved the time spent on the deck and living room.

Property was in my preferred location, views of the lake were great. Interior furnishings and equipment was dated. Towels and sheets, poor quality, kitchen well stocked but items cheap, plastic, mismatched for the most part. TV worked great, nice cozy FP.

Boji Winter Weekend
We chose this location because it provided free passes to the indoor waterpark. It was also priced fairly per night given that winter is the off season for Okoboji. The service fee and cleaning fee seemed a bit high though, especially since they ask you to strip bedding, start a wash load of towels, and take out the trash. I’d recommend this condo though and I’d stay there again.

My family and I loved the condo!! We’ve been coming to Okoboji for the past couple years for vacation and we are only an hour away from home. Can’t beat how close it is with lots to do and absolutely loved having access to a boat hoist so we could just jump on our boat everyday. Condo was clean and can’t beat the views! Would recommend to more family and friends!

The property was great, however, A/C did not work. Was told to park at spot 208, there is NO spot 208 anywhere. Welcome book listed TV availability with streaming and YouTube TV. Streaming section had no Golf channel, ESPN, local stations etc, YouTube TV was signed out, so when we asked for ID and password, we were told I can’t give you that information. Overall it’s just a place with beds and no real effort was given to fix the A/C or accommodate the guests. Would not recommend this particular unit.

We found our host Shelli to be very responsive and accommodating for our first visit to Austin. Apartment was clean and lots of homey touches with attention to detail. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom has plenty of personal care products! Location great for grabbing public transportation downtown and easy walk to Ladybird Lake boardwalk and riverside trails.
