This beautiful home is located right in THEEE heart of Okoboji! It is a few steps away from Arnolds Park Amusement Park, West Lake Okoboji public beach, Central Emporium, restaurants, bars and live music.

When you pull into the driveway you will immediately notice the covered front porch which includes veiws of the beautifully updated Preservation Park. This area is where all the fun free events are held. Ever Saturday evening there will be a free concert with an amazing fireworks display to follow. It really is so beautiful! You will also notice a playground located directly across the street. There is plenty of off-street parking. The front and back yard of this home allows plenty of room for outdoor activities.

On the main floor you will find an open concept kitchen with a gas stove, microwave, garbage disposal and dishwasher. The great room provides a sectional couch, tv and kitchen table. There is a large full bathroom with tub/shower, bedroom with queen bed and tv, laundry room, and patio door leading out to partially covered deck with gas grill and plenty of seating.

Upstairs you will find a large master suite with king sized bed, TV, large bathroom with shower and patio door leading out to your own private deck.

When entering the basement you will find another large bathroom with shower, 2 bedrooms each with queen size beds and TV's, a living area with 3 couches and a nook with 2 single beds.

We had a great time in Okoboji for a wedding. The house was perfect for our group of 5. We had everything we needed and more. The deck was great to enjoy morning coffee on! Would recommend staying here to anyone!

Best location and very clean!
We had a fabulous mom's weekend away at Stacy's place. The location couldn't be better for shops, bars and restaurants. The place was so clean and the beds were super comfy. We loved the different areas to sit outside and have a glass of wine. This is definitely on our list again for when we are back in Okiboji! Thank you Stacy!

Great house in perfect location!
This house was perfect for our party of 9. We loved that we were able to walk to many of the area attractions. The house was stocked with essentials and the owner was easy to communicate with. Minor suggestion to add hand rails to the stairs, but overall we had a great time and would stay here again.

The ultimate Boji stay
We came to Lake Okobogi to sail a regatta. We found the ultimate place to stay. Right in the center of fun ! Arnolds Park is right there. One block from the main restaurant and bar district. Walking distance from the lake. We were able to listen to the REO Speedwagon Concert taking place in Arnolds Park right from our front deck. The house is beautiful. As advertised. Clean, comfortable, perfect for our group. Highly recommend this property.

The property appears to be small in the pictures but it turned out to be very roomy. Location is perfect or Arnolds Park and hall of fame museum. Property owners were great also. We will be back.

Perfect Location
Property was fantastic for our family! Location couldn’t be any better as we were a short walking distance to all the fun at Arnold’s Park and nearby restaurants. We had 4 generations staying in the house so was nice that the grandparents were able to stay on the main level and kids in the basement. Each floor had a bathroom which was the main requirement for our group. The owner Stacy was very nice and accessible the one time we needed her. We would stay here again for sure!

Amazing Arnold's Park Home
The owner was knowledgeable and immensely helpful, even getting us a wafflemaker so my FIL could make waffles for the whole family. This house truly felt like home, and accommodated us all comfortably. We rarely had to 'search' for items that we needed, as it was all well stocked/ready for putting together big meals or packing up to go to the lakes. The best part was the walk ability--we could get to the Marina, the amphitheatre, the amusement park, shops, and restaurants, all on foot.
