Welcome to Lilly's Guesthouse at the top of rural Arroyo Grande's Hansen Hill. This beautiful two bedroom, two bath home is shaded by mossy oaks and has beautiful views of the Huasna Valley, and while you have all the rural farm feels, you are less than a five minute drive from the Village of Arroyo Grande, with all its great shopping, restaurants and services. Guest will enjoy a comfortable living room with a large Roku smart TV, a dining room, a fully outfitted kitchen with a dishwasher, and a deck with outdoor seating, plus a washer and dryer in the unit for your private use. The guest bedroom features a queen bed with a full bathroom across the hall. The primary suite features a king size bed, a smart TV and en suite full bathroom with a walk in shower. Off of the primary suite, there is a bonus room with a vanity that is perfect for a quiet work space, a play room or to set up a pack n play crib (or twin floor mattress) for an infant or child to sleep privately but close to mom and dad.
This home sits on a large estate property at the top of the hill at the very end of the road. The friendly owner and her family live on the property in another home and they operate a non-profit barnyard animal sanctuary. Guests are welcome to tour the sanctuary with the owner or her farm hand assistant (by appointment only-no unchaperoned visits, please) and say hello to the hens, roosters, sheep, pigs and turkeys who make their forever home here. NOTE: This home is located in a rural setting with wildlife, insects and barnyard animals on and near the property. You may hear roosters in the distance or encounter wildlife. You may hear gunshots from a neighboring property's gun range (very infrequently and for less than an hour)) We are on a well so if the power goes out, there will be no water. While this happens infrequently, we can not control it and we will not issue refunds for issues outside of our control or issues related to the beautiful wild farm sanctuary we have created and shared with guests.
