„Super easy to find, very secluded and private. Beautiful location with amazing views, very pretty in the snow. Cabin was super warm and cozy with everything that we needed. The porch was the best part of the cabin, with lights for night time! Very close to the town of Hancock which had great restaurants and a super market and gas station close by. About 30 minutes to Whitetail ski resort which was awesome! “

„Perfect place for us to escape the noise and have a weekend retreat! The location and the house were absolutely beautiful, peaceful and quiet Ideally suited for prayer as well as for relating. The house was clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated, well-apportioned and had everything you could need - including kitchen supplies and toiletries. „We had a wonderful weekend visiting the Dove's Nest. Everything was organized, clean, and so easy. From communication with Janie to a fully stocked kitchen and the comfort of the home. It rained and snowed while we were there, but we took so much rest and solace in lounging around the house and enjoying the view out of the front porch. „Well-stocked and furnished with midcentury modern/Danish style furniture - set in a beautiful serene woodland. So much fun to stay in a house with interesting architecture. Convenient to the fun town of Berkeley Springs.“

„The pictures truly don’t do it justice. Not only was the house itself updated beautifully and very clean but all the outdoor scenery made it even better! We loved walking around the property, the hot tub, and the wood included for a campfire was a nice touch! We would definitely come back again :)“

„The cabin is suitable for a short stay with all basics to have nice time. Hot tube is a plus. Tony is a good host and always in contact. Couple of small things to improve to make the stay great. The power lines are close to the cabin and they produce a noise. Great location near Cacapot Park and Sleepy Creek Lake.“

„Rocky Gap was a beautiful resort and lots to explore in the area. The only disappointment was that if I would have known the pool and hot tub were down for maintenance and the Sports Bar restraunt closed I would have booked different dates when they were open. „Das Hotel wurde 1806 aufgrund der Quellen in der Nähe gegründet. In der Zwischenzeit sind daraus mehrere Bauten entstanden die inmitten einer bewaldeten Umgebung einen perfekten Ort für ein paar Tage Erholung abgeben. Wir hatten ein sehr grosszügiges Zimmer mit zwei Queenbetten, dass perfekt im Schuss war. Die letzte grosse Renvoation fand 2007 statt und das Hotel wird dem Standard entsprechend gut gepflegt. Wir wurden vom Valet Parking bis zum Check-out mit einem Super Service ...
