Tex’s Ranch House liegt an einem 4 Morgen großen Fischteich, umgeben von über 100 Morgen Land, das von der Natur verschönert wurde. Diese Unterkunft befindet sich zwischen dem Pat Mayse See und dem Roten Fluss und bietet viel Platz zum Entspannen und Erholen sowie Aktivitäten für alle Arten von Menschen.

Zu den Aktivitäten und Bereichen, die auf dem Grundstück angeboten werden, zählen Angeln im gefüllten Teich, ein beheizter Pool im Boden, Air-Hockey, Billard und schöne Abende auf der hinteren Terrasse bei der Feuerstelle mit Blick auf den Pool, den Teich. und schöne Weide.

Dieses Haus bietet Platz für 13 Personen und verfügt über 5 Schlafzimmer, 3 Badezimmer, ein Dish Network und Fernseher in jedem Zimmer, ein möbliertes Spielzimmer, eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit 2 großen Kühlschränken, einen Backofen, eine Mikrowelle, einen Geschirrspüler, eine Kaffeemaschine, eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner Ein Carport mit ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten für mehrere Fahrzeuge und Anhänger. * 2 Memory-Foam-Matratzen in Originalgröße und 2 aufblasbare Matratzen in Queen-Size-Größe sorgen für zusätzliche Schlafkapazität.

Tex’s Ranch is amazing place to stay
We were a group of 10 adults. The VRBO description and pictures were exactly what this ranch was. The house has ample space for a group and was as described, the rooms and beds were comfortable .it was so peaceful and the views were breathtaking, Sunrise to sunset. The pool was refreshing and fishing in the pond was an added plus. The game room was a fun place to hang out after dark. It is definitely a place we would go to again. Every one had a wonderful time. The owners came by to meet us and were very friendly..it was a great retreat from the city.

This is a great property and great hosts. The property was clean and well cared for. The pool was clean. Views are gorgeous. We had a family wedding to attend and hosted the rehearsal dinner at this location. Our guests loved it. We used the bbq and Flatstone grill, swam and had great food and fun. Our kids and some of their friends stayed with us and there was plenty of room. Great kitchen and outdoor area. Can't say enough about how the home was an asset to provide a great family get together. Thank you.

Graduation Celebration & Family Vacation
We were celebrating our grand sons graduation. This is a really great place and a really nice house. Everything was updated and it is stocked with all the essentials you need. It's big enough to handle a large family gathering, with plenty of space to spread out and a great living room and kitchen for everyone to come together. We were there in the middle of a typical Texas Heat Wave so hanging out in the pool was essential. It has a very large back porch area with plenty of tables and seating. We used the Blackstone for every meal. The fishing pond was a lot of fun.We caught a few bass. There are a ton of big catfish in there but we couldn't get them to bite. Everyone enjoyed their stay. The host are really nice and very quick to respond to any question.

The pictures do not do this property justice. It was so much larger than I expected from the pictures and there was more than enough room for all of our family. Our group of 10 plus our dog had a wonderful time at this home. So many things to do, from the game room to the pool. We were never bored. Perfect Family Vacations: Beauty, Privacy, and Endless Fun at Tex’s Ranch
Tex’s Ranch was perfect for our family gatherings, giving us a peaceful and fun escape with awesome fishing, including catfishing, bass, and crappie. The place also had a fantastic pool and activities like feeding the horse and playing pool. It had everything we needed to keep us all happy, balancing relaxation and fun for our group aged 3 to 75. We loved the peaceful mornings watching the sunrise and drinking coffee, and hanging out in the spacious outdoor area by the fire. A HIDDEN JEWEL: Unforgettable Stay with Something for Everyone at Tex’s Ranch!
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Tex’s Ranch, and it was an unforgettable experience! The house itself was incredibly well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed, making it easy to prepare meals without a hitch. And let me tell you, the pictures do not do this place justice! The view of the pond and the valley behind the house is simply breathtaking. The pool area was a hit with the kids, and I appreciated the pergola with its soft lighting at night, providing a perfect spot to relax out of the sun. The dock on the pond was another favorite spot. We enjoyed watching the fish come up to eat when the feeder went off and soaking in the tranquility of the water. The owners, Tex and Deb, are one of a kind, ensuring we were welcomed and had all that we needed One of the highlights for me was the open spaces where my dog could run and play safely away from the roads. The large yard had plenty of room to roam, and the horses and longhorn cows added a unique charm that I loved seeing every day. To top it all off, we even spotted an eagle with a nest nearby, which was a spectacular sight. This property truly offers something for everyone to enjoy. It is located at the end of a country road, far from any highway, it provided the peace and quiet that I desperately needed to escape from my busy life. Tex’s Ranch is a true jewel, and I can’t wait to return!

This is an amazing place, but when we went, the pool wasn’t working and a thunder storm caused the power to go out. The power was not restored so the next day we had to leave at 5 pm (still without power.) We had to leave a day early because of this.

For my family, it was a really good place for a reunion. Out of town guests did not have to go to a motel. For family that lives close by, it was just a short drive. The house had everything we needed. We enjoyed watching the animals. We plan on doing it again next year.

Loved our stay! We were visiting from DFW & east Texas for a family getaway. It was so quiet and peaceful. The house had ample space for us to spread out or sit together to enjoy a meal or watch a movie. We really enjoyed the pool and the pond. The ducks at the pond were super friendly and we could hear them “talking” all day. You cannot beat the sunrises and view! It was lovely! Tex and Deb are wonderful hosts and we’re readily available during our stay. Would 100% recommend this place for anyone wanting a quiet, secluded, country getaway.

Great place for multiple families!
We absolutely loved our time at this house. The house is set up perfectly for multiple families to have their own areas. While we didn’t have much luck fishing, we definitely enjoyed riding on the pontoon boat. We fed the horses and ducks every day when they came up to visit. There’s a market dollar store nearby for last minute forgotten items. The store had a large grocery selection, including frozen and refrigerated items, which came in handy. I highly recommend staying at Tex’s Ranch!

Hosts were extremely easy to work with and were quick to deal with the a/c acting up. Wonderful people! The pond was well stocked and the pool was perfect for the kids. About the property - Located on a lake with a beautiful green background, this place is nice, serene calm place. Nice pool for everyone to enjoy. Almost everything is there in the house. Large families can easily fit in the house and enjoy. Large spaces around with cows, horses and ducks, kids love the place. Ted and Deb and their daughter Monica are all fantastic hosts. Hidden Gem in NE Texas
This property is truly a hidden gem. This is my second stay at this property. The peacefulness and comfortable accommodations, made for a truly relaxing getaway. Another aspect of the property that I find impressive was the amount of room available for all., we have a large family, this house has everything you need to feel comfortable, together and at home, yet still have enough space for everyone (teenagers) to breath. One of the highlights of my stay was the outdoor space. The back patio areas are perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee or a glass of wine while taking in the beautiful views of the pool, pond, and pasture.. I also appreciated the extra refrigerator for drinks, and the fire pit. Open back and front area with noone in site!. Overall, I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, vacation with the comforts of home and gracious hosts.
