„Loved this apartment for the location, convenience, cleanliness, and the view. The communication isn’t too smooth because it’s a big company called Effortless Stay that manages it, but when there were internet issues they were on top of it. It took some time to get the internet back but they were nice. Before renting it I asked about the rooftop events and I didn’t get any response. Other than that this place had everything we wanted.“

„Everything was exactly as advertised. This loft is in an excellent location and perfect for walking around RiNo and even LoDo, though it was a bit more of a haul. The beds were comfy, toiletries were provided, and for a loft, it was a quiet space. Our only complaints were the tv doesn’t connect to the internet, so we couldn't use it for one of our activities, and the patio was very dirty. „Cute little table on a patio to sit outside. Fairly private. Comfy (super comfy!) beds. Laundry, big bathtub. Everything was perfect for our stay. Only spent a couple of days and it was a welcome retreat after a long day of hiking and seeing the sights. We had a personal issue come up and our hosts were very accommodating of our needs. “
