„Really enjoyed the friendliness of the staff, convenience for groceries (there is a grocery store right across although the prices are high), a shuttle bus that comes every 40 minutes to take you to a transfer point for the Haram. Breakfast could use improvement but the dine-in menu for room service is very good! Overall I was very impressed by the amenities and facilities (gym and a very well build mosque inside). They are extremely welcoming and available to tend to your every need. “

„The Hotel itself is a complex of mutlfiple towers, which are just next to each other. The concept is totally fine. I was very disappointed by the room. Very old fashioned. Old carpet (don’t know when it was cleaned last time fully), shower was also very basic. Shower has was not working completely. Remote controller for tv was fixed with very amateur tape. All in all, very old room“

„The reception and office staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We could not get through to Housekeeping whenever we tried. We had to go down to the reception to request whatever we needed The restaurant staff were also very courteous and helpful. The other negative was the walking distance from where the shuttle used to drop us till the Haram “

„We stayed at this hotel while we performed our Umrah from 4th til 9th April. It is a lovely hotel: the rooms are spacious and clean, the service was efficient, the breakfast was delicious and plenty of different dishes to choose from. The buggy and shuttle service from and to the haram shareef are very convenient. The staff are friendly and very helpful especially Abu Tayab.
