Beautiful guest suite that is very private yet very close to the city and everywhere we wanted to visit. Everything was immaculately clean and comfortable. Hands down the best rental we have ever stayed in.
Everything about Raymond’s place was perfect. Very comfortable and welcoming, it immediately felt like home. There were so many beautiful details laid out for us. Amazing hideaway
The property is incredible. It included everything my mother and I needed to attend an event on UNCA's campus. Somehow, it is secluded and quiet while still being less than 5 minutes from every stop on our weekend. I absolutely recommend this for a getaway in Asheville!

We absolutely loved our stay here. We arrived late from a long drive, and the host made sure the lights were on for us. The directions and pictures online made arriving in the dark a breeze! The property is like a little cottage nestled in a forest but close to all we wanted to do. We toured the UNC campus, and visited the Biltmore and Grove Park Inn. Everything we wanted to do was within about 20 minutes from this rental. The heated floors in the bathroom were such a nice added touch. Plenty of closet space for all your clothes. The extra bed space was a perfect size for teens and younger. We would absolutely stay here again.

Very modern, well-equipped and close to downtown
Perfect spot for a couple or a family with a small child. The house is very modern, very clean and well equipped. Although it is situated in a neighborhood, it still felt very private with many mature trees and vegetation. The location was great for us as it only a 5 minute drive to downtown. The owners are easy to work with and had every detail covered, including complementary wine and chocolate bar.

Very comfortable rooms, especially the bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom was huge! The views into the garden out the back were very relaxing. There is a large TV in the sitting room, however, there was no cable TV available. However, there was a full connection to internet TV such as Netflix, Disney and many others. The location was excellent as we could walk to several restaurants, bars and a CVS drugstore. We walked to downtown one night, but that was a round trip of about 3 miles. We left some articles behind at the end of our stay and the owners promptly mailed them to us. We definitely will consider staying here again the next time we come to western North Carolina.

Wonderful location near UNCA and River Arts district
The location was perfect for our visit near UNCA in Asheville. Very clean, comfortable, quiet and pleasant. Loved the large bathroom, bedroom and all the closet space - and everything we needed in the kitchen was there! Charming and well appointed decor throughout, and very comfortable bed. We stopped to say hi to Ray the first morning and got some great additional local info - and he was also responsive to the few additional questions we sent by text. It was definitely a pleasure staying in a locally owned and occupied vacation home vs. a chain hotel. We stayed for five delightful, restful days and will definitely consider staying here again in the future.
