Private 2 BR Home w/ Yard & Hot tub. 10 min to Downtown!

Overview: 17 Dove is a small 2-bedroom home just 10 minutes from downtown Asheville. The home features a hot tub, fenced in yard, walking trail and stellar views. THE HOT TUB WILL NOT BE OPERATIONAL MID-APRIL THROUGH MID-OCTOBER. Your also just 5 minutes from Haywood St in West Asheville and 30 minutes from great hiking. The home is small, but spacious and stylish with anything you may need for a relaxing vacation. Dogs under 30lbs are welcomed with an additional $50 fee per pet.

Guest Access: Guests have access to the entire 1.2 acres and entire home. The property is half wooded and half open lawn.

Interaction With Guests: We typically do not meet guests but are always available by phone.

Other Details: The property is right next to a horse pasture which houses 5-7 horses. They’re not our horses to interact with, but in our experience they’re friendly.

Neighborhood Description: The home sits atop a small hill on a gravel road. There are several houses on the gravel road including 17 Dove. The home is generally secluded from the other residents on the road.

Getting Around: Guests will need a vehicle to access the property. We do not advise walking anywhere from the home as the roads are busy without sidewalks.

Very clean, quiet place to stay. Communication is prompt and any issues handled accordingly although we never had any issues other than Wi-Fi password I believe but we were asked several times if there was anything we needed and communication was always open.

Asheville Getaway
We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It was so convenient to everything we wanted to do, like going to River Arts district, the Biltmore, Pisgah hikes, fabulous restaurants. It was quiet and off the road. We greatly appreciated that it was pet friendly! A few small things could be improved, the dishes provided and the towels, but overall we had a great time and would rent again.

Great house, great location
Cute house in a peaceful area, but only a short uber or drive into town. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. The outdoor space was great with a perfectly sized fenced in yard for our dog. Great covered porch to sit and enjoy your surroundings. Cant wait to stay here again.

Very cute house on a beautiful property.
Had a really nice stay at this very cute cabin. Comfortable beds and got to wake up to a beautiful mountain view. Nice neighbors with horses too. The only negative was the microwave wasn't working but we loved everything else.

Scenic stay
This place was great! The view of the mountains and horses from the deck was gorgeous and a great way to spend the mornings. The location was extremely close to downtown Asheville but felt like we were out in the country in the best way. Listing was extremely accurate and place was comfortable with beautiful decorations.

Cute house, a great place to relax!
We had a great time here, the house was a great cozy place to return to each night on our trip! It felt like being in the countryside, with quiet neighbors and views of horses, but was only about 10-15 minutes away from everywhere we wanted to go in Asheville which was exactly what we were looking for! The hosts were communicative and all of the instructions were super clear and easy to follow. I would definitely return here if back in the area!

We loved our stay!
Austin’s property was perfect for our early fall getaway. While only a short trip (or Uber ride) to anywhere in Asheville, it’s location is tranquil and perfectly situated to watch the evening sunset (which we did every night!). I also thoroughly enjoyed being greeted each morning by the horses from the adjacent property…it was real treat! We will definitely book another stay for our next visit.

This home was in the best location. 15 minutes from anything in the Ashville area, and tucked away on a quiet and beautiful street. The house was clean, easy to find, and plenty big enough for two couples.
