„Das Haus liegt ruhig und etwas abseits der anderen Häuser im kleinen, beschaulichen Ort Thorpe bei Ashbourne. Um das Haus herum Wiesen und Berge, sehr gute Wandergelegenheiten in alle Richtungen. Das Haus war erstklassig ausgestattet und wunderschön. Der Pool und die Schwimmhalle waren durchweg beheizt und wahnsinnig toll! Ray war unglaublich hilfsbereit und nett! Wir würden definitiv wieder hier her kommen.“

„Very lovely cottage in small, quiet Bradwell. A warm welcome. Very friendly neighbours, nice pub a few metres down the road. We felt at home and would have loved to stay longer. Parking is available but a bit tricky, very steep roads and narrow bends - the smaller the car, the better! “

„We spent a fantastic vacation at this lovely cottage. Even before we started our journey from Germany, communication was very kind and helpful. On arrival the welcome was very warm and nice. We found everything we needed in the cottage and the sight in front of it was great and peaceful. Our son (and we) loved the horses, sheeps and other animals around the farm. „Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt im sehr gemütlichen Cottage. Die Terrasse haben wir, so oft das Wetter es möglich machte, genutzt. Das Einchecken und die freundliche Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter waren völlig problemlos. Das nette Bakewell lädt zum Bummeln und Pub - Einkehr ein. Für nahe gelegene Schlossbesichtigungen und Wanderungen ein idealer Ausgangspunkt! Wir würde es wieder wählen!“

„We spent a cold and wet weekend in the Peak District but, fortunately, the cottage had everything we needed and was lovely and warm after a cold walk.Lots of walks nearby and the walk from Bakewell to Chatsworth and back was lovely, despite the mud. Bakewell tart also a must. Would definitely stay at the cottage again. War sicherlich mal was Besonderes

"Vorab, es war sauber. Jedoch kein Zimmerservice. WLAN kostet extra7€. Ebenso die angegebene Sauna und der Parkplatz. Die Fenster sind einfach verglast und beim Frühstück laufen zwei Durchlauf Toaster. Das tut schon fast weh was die Umwelt angeht. Die Einrichtung ist brauchbar jedoch nicht hochwertig."
