„Lovely staff who genuinely wanted us to enjoy our stay. Very comfortable beds in basic but clean rooms. Great common area with nice amenities. We felt very at home. While the location is great for skiing - lift is right across the street, it was very hard to get into town, to grocery, etc. “

„They make everyone remove shoes before going in - well someone stole my shoes and they did nothing to find out who and how... Also - one night we woke up while one of the workers was going through our stuff in our room! He seemed drunk. The hotel explanation was sleep walking... go and figure. Also there were really loud parties on many nights. I dont recommend this place to anyone!“

„We highly recommend the Hakuba Landmark Happo Lodge. Our hosts we extremely welcoming and helpful during or stay. The rooms were generous in size, the breakfasts western style - every variety of eggs that you could think of, and the lodge is easy walking distance to the ski lift at Happo One or the shuttle service to other resorts.“

„館内や部屋は清潔で暖かく快適です。タオルも毎日替えていただけました。部屋に冷蔵庫が無いのが残念。外国人が多いため夜ご飯が付いてない宿が増えたのか、周りの店は予約しないと入れない程でした。一番残念だったのは大浴場が8時半で終わる事です。夜食食べて帰って来たらもう終わってます。外国人はいいかもですが、日本人はガッカリです。せめて10時くらいは開いてて欲しいです。いいお風呂だから余計に惜しい！朝ご飯は２日間同じメニュー。7割外国人だと聞いたので誰も文句ないのか、せめて2パターンくらいはあったほうがいいかな、二泊するとちょいツライです。安かったから、しょうがない、泊まるだけならいい宿です。“
