232 4th St is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home. There are 2 full size beds and a queen bed. The home features a fully stocked and equipped kitchen, a living room and an outside deck. 232 has access to the outdoor firepit in the backyard.

Welcome to “The View” at the 4Th Street Inn

The View is located just three blocks from the center of Ashland, including the Oregon Shakespeare Festival Theaters, shops, restaurants and art galleries. Minutes from Emigrant Lake, Golfing, and of course wine tasting.
It is one of two separate flats at the 4th Street Inn. It is on a residential street in the historic Railroad District. Guest will be welcome to a spacious 3-bedroom 2 bath with a great view of the Mountains.

Beautiful condo close to downtown Ashland
We loved our stay at the 4th Street home in Ashland. The unit is on the upper floor. It's spacious, clean, and comfortable. There are stores and a great coffee shop on the block, and the building is a ten-minute walk from the Shakespeare theater. Highly recommend!

Perfect Ashland Getaway
This place was perfect for our Shakespeare trip! We came with another couples from Colorado to attend the Shakespeare festival. This place had enough room for us all, the kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed preparing and eating several meals at the townhouse. The backyard is lovely, although it was too hot to enjoy, but would like to come back at a different time of year to enjoy it. Great communication with the host and she gave us great dining and wine tasting suggestions.

Light, airy, comfortable and in a good location
We enjoyed staying in this unit. The location was good for getting to the center of Ashland and the apartment itself was comfortable and had plenty of space for the four of us. We especially liked being able to sit out on the deck - though we were there early enough so that heat was not a problem. We plan to stay here again!

Great Girls' Weekend!!
Cozy, very clean, and nice surrounding neighborhood. Great coffee shop across the street & two doors down which made my mornings! Owners very receptive to questions and quick with responses. We stayed in the 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment upstairs and would have stayed out on the deck more if the weather would have agreed. The home is very clean and updated. I would come back again!!

Location location location
My family visits Ashland often to see friends. We have a wheelchair bound child and the ground level unit was perfect. Walking distance to downtown was a bonus. Plus a great bakery around the corner! Nice apartment in great location
We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped for preparing meals. The deck was wonderful for enjoying the outdoors. The location is in a quiet residential area with a nearby coffee shop and a short walk to the Ashland Food Co-op. Communication with the property manager/owner was easy and they responded promptly with any questions we had. We would stay here again when in the area.

Unlucky timing with performance cancelled due to COVID
We were not given checkin codes the day before as promised. Delayed entry until almost 6pm. Host was prompt in getting back to us after that initial problem. Plays were cancelled and fires in Western OR affected air quality. Air conditioning handled the heat and smoke. The listing could have a summary to say “unit is on the second floor and 3rd bedroom is a converted sitting room with 3 skylights and a tiny freestanding wardrobe rather than a closet.” Kitchen was well furnished and included a W/D that worked well.

Clean, Well Equipped & Conveniently Located
As the review title states this property was clean, well equipped with everything that we needed and conveniently located. I travelled with my 12 year old daughter and my elderly parents, and we all felt safe and comfortable during our stay. Family fun in Ashland
We had a great time while we stayed here. The location has many pros for families: It is close enough to walk to town (although the heat our week made this less desirable), short drive into town to visit shops and Lithia park. Easy access to Safeway for the food needs for tiny humans that continuously pop up. Nice working kitchen. Conveniently located within a short drive to different playgrounds. Great layout to watch TV while kiddos sleep in the back. Only (tiny) cons were the back steps were a bit steep for the grandparents and tiny humans (there are front steps, so this isn't a huge issue) and limited trash capacity for our week long stay for a family of 6.

Historic Railroad District in Ashland
The upstairs apartment was perfect for our family. It was light, clean, and well furnished. Although the air conditioner was not working the first day, the owners responded right away. They decided to replace the air conditioner after we left. The upstairs deck off the kitchen had a beautiful view east of the hillsides surrounding Ashland. The Historic Railroad District is a quiet neighborhood with small restaurants, shops, and within a 20 minute walk of the theaters and Lithia Park in downtown Ashland.
