„Every summer we usually spend at least a week in Hunter, NY. This time was one of our best. We stayed in a cozy apartment that had everything one needs for a peaceful vacation: a living room with a sofa for two, a big TV screen with Netflix and Youtube options and a bed for our beloved dog; a king bed, separated from the living area area with “gates” of unusual design; a kitchenette with a stove, an oven, a microwave, a toaster and a coffeemaker; and a wonderful spacious bathroom. „Great location for our little guys(ages 3 and 5 yrs old) to attend ski school and come back to. The house is equipped with all the basic cooking essentials for making a family meal. The owners have thoughtfully decorated the condo with the cutest ski decor. The ski in/out location was great for our 11 yr old to head out and come back with little trouble. I would highly recommend this rental.“

„Overall great for a short ski trip weekend. The kitchen was a little lacking, and the water smells really bad of sulfer... but we had bottled water to drink so it wasn't bad. Great location if skiing at Windham, and only a 10min drive to Hunter!“

„Our hiking club from Texas decided to come to The Catskills to hike and we found this wonderful property. The location was close to all of our hiking and sightseeing destinations as well as good places to eat. The kitchen was well appointed and served our needs very well. Since we did not have any children, we had to put adults in the bunk beds, but we only used the lower bunks and it worked out fine. The place is beautiful and very quiet in the summer. „Everything written about the property is correct, except that they provide muich more than they promise! So many little amenities, so many helpful household necessities all there for the guest's convenience. We were two grandparents, two parents and three children aged 14 months - 5 years, and each one of us found the place comfy, spacious, and accommodating. The pool and hot tub were clean and fun. There were games for every age, and a game/TV room in the apartment so that we could cuddle with ...

„We had a great stay at this super convenient, clean 2 bed apartment. Was in a fantastic location 3 minutes from windham mtn and walking to restaurant and bars. Nick was super friendly and very responsive. Highly recommend..opa!“

„There is obviously a lot to of remodeling and upgrades going on. New hot tub was not installed. Bathrooms, beds and kitchen were nice. Floors and windows were very dirty. There were no bath washcloths. Perhaps they are not included. The wood exterior side walk is dangerous and needs replaced.“

„We had a wonderful stay in Dave’s condo. It was clean, convenient and he is an excellent communicator. Helped with our planning and his check in instructions were very helpful. He goes above and beyond to provide guests with all the information you need for a seamless stay. The condo is well supplied and his welcome gift was quite generous. We have rented a lot of properties over the years and Dave is a top host.“

„Beautiful setting with this home. Kitchen appliances and amenities were great. Bedrooms slightly sparse, but very functional. Bathrooms clean and seemed to be recently updated. “

„We went with 3 families (kids 4-14) and had the best time !! Great house for a group. We were 18 total. Awesome location. The kids loved playing in the snow and visiting with the cows! The grounds were really beautiful. The house had plenty of room. The bunk rooms were awesome for kids. Upstairs master has a tiny room a one single bed off of it, perfect for a toddler or baby.
