„The condo is on the first level that has two other rentals above it. Which makes for very loud floors/ceilings! Upon arrival, I noticed quickly the floors and corners of the floors were still pretty dirty, and the cleaning wasn’t the greatest job of them…. I did wipe up a few areas just for my own sanity to live for the week. I understand the sand nearby is cumbersome and a “dirty” thing to try and always keep clean. „I was very pleased with this vacation rental. Great location, fantastic view of the ocean and is close to the main street of Broadway where the majority of the restaurants and shops are located. The building felt very safe, has an elevator that works really well and was reasonably quiet. This particular condo is a bit older but the furniture is comfortable and the TV's are great :)“

„We had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect - close to Cannon Beach for supplies and food, and very close to the secluded beach in Arch Cape for collecting shells and building bonfires. The house accompanied the five of us with no issues. It was comfortable and had a great view morning to night. The kitchen was stocked enough to cook meals and beach amenities were provided in the garage. “
