Welcome to a truly appreciative open concept with soaring ceilings and natural lighting throughout. The Kitchen, dining and common area are an open floor plan for the perfect gathering get away, to enjoy quality company and good times together. 3 bedrooms inspired by comfort, and designed for a truly relaxing experience. The porch and pool deck are a destination unto themselves. Spacious, vibrant and welcoming. The plethora of nature provide a beautiful view anytime of year and the view of the stars on a clear night with the soft glow of the pool lights only add to the ambiance. Want to grill out, have no worries as it is here ready to sear the steaks, chicken or whatever needs to be cooked to perfection. Relaxation and quality time is where the inspiration of this destination came from so relax, enjoy and let this home be your home while you are here.

This is a shared home - with long term tenants in the basement apartment. They have their own driveway, private entrance (which is located on the far bottom side of the house, and are completely separated by deadbolts). There is an 8 foot privacy wall separating the tenants and the pool area. They do not have access to the pool during a guest's stay. They are made aware of any guests (prior to their arrival). They respect the guests privacy. You may see them taking their dog for a walk or getting in their car.

Christian was a great host. He communicated well and even arranged for my Amazon package to be brought inside. It arrived a few hours before me. The house was really nice and clean. The upstairs is a warmer than the two bedrooms downstairs since the AC comes from the ground floor. We ended up sleeping in one of the downstairs bedrooms since we like it to be really cool when we sleep. That worked out well for us. We didn’t utilize the pool at all, since we were busy with the event that brought us to Athens. There are permanent tenants downstairs, but we never even saw them. It was a nice, quiet place to stay.

Comfortable and Accommodating

A nice property with plenty of space and great proximity to UGA. Our family of 5 enjoyed relaxing poolside and the comfortable beds and sheets. Quiet neighborhood. Property manager super attentive and great to work with. Master suite is beautiful!

Clean, Quiet, and wonderful!

Clean and comfortable home with huge lot. House is even better in person. The owner was highly communicative and responded to all our questions/requests immediately. Would definitely stay again. I highly recommend the home to families, or even three couples. The master suite is really nice. Lots of birds and nature around also. College check in

My husband and 16 yo son went up to Athens to visit our 21 yo who is at UGA. Christian our host was amazing. He was totally fine to having my son and his 6 friends come hang out enjoy the pool and stay the day. The most phenomenal part was when I could not locate the cornhole boards Christian insisted on having new ones sent to the house. Needless to say all the boys enjoyed. Thank you Christian for your attentiveness. We will definitely be back

Amazing house!

The house was spacious, clean and the beds were very comfortable. My family and I enjoyed attending a UGA football game on a very hot day to come back to the house, enjoy the pool and grill hamburgers. The communication with Christian was great. Athens Golf Trip

My stay at Mr. Bells property in Athens GA was fantastic. The accommodations were comfortable and perfectly located for exploring the area and playing golf. Relaxing atmosphere

This property was absolutely perfect for our family visit! The house is spacious and slept our party of six comfortably. We especially appreciated the open layout of the common area inside, which provided ample room for us to gather in the kitchen, dining, and living room areas. We took full advantage of the pool and outdoor area and especially loved the corn hole set provided. The property was well-appointed both inside and out with a good array of cookware, plenty of linens and pool towels, and several entertainment amenities including streaming services and board games. Parking was ample and the carport offered a nice option for us to load and unload with quick and easy access to the door. While we were originally concerned about the long-term tenants on property, the layout is such that we never saw or heard them and, in fact, forgot about them completely for most of our stay. Christian's hospitality was unparalleled; he checked in regularly to ensure we were enjoying our stay, left some niceties in the fridge for which we were especially grateful given our late evening arrival, and was incredibly responsive. We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a conveniently located, comfortable, and beautiful place to stay in the Athens area!
