Escape to this charming retreat in the heart of Athens, your home away from home while in the Classic City. Three bedrooms, each with their own bath, with one on the main level, designed to unwind and truly enjoy. Walkable to the Classic Center, Sanford Stadium and the UGA campus. All are within a mile.

Beautifully designed, the open living area with large TV is the perfect gathering place to watch the game, prepare a meal in the fully equipped kitchen, unwind, or play one of the many games provided with your family and friends. The front porch is a refreshing space that extends the living area to the outdoors.

The main level has a lovely bedroom and full bath, upstairs is the primary suite with a large bath, king bed, dedicated workspace, and a daybed with a trundle, providing two twin beds. Also upstairs is the third bedroom with a full bathroom. The dedicated workspace provides an "office in a basket" with a desk mat, mouse, keyboard, ring light and computer stand complete with fast wifi.

Excellent Stay
We were in town for a wedding and this property was very close to downtown and all the great restaurants and bars. The place was extremely clean and came with so many necessary items including laundry detergent, shampoos, soaps, and even coffee! Also, the beds were extremely comfortable. We would definitely stay again if the opportunity arises, but would highly recommend you choose it for yourself!

It was spotless. The kitchen was well stocked with glassware, coffee, and sundry items. The beds were very comfortable, and the towels were soft and fluffy. There was plenty of room to sit for a short meeting or a cocktail. You might want to consider some hooks for hanging clothes in the upstairs smaller bedroom since the closet is locked.

Great weekend in Athens!
We had an amazing weekend visiting our son at UGA Law. This property is in a perfect location to downtown, the stadium and local spots. We had no issues getting an Uber/Lyft in this location and also enjoyed sitting on the porch in the mornings & evenings. Christi takes great care of her property and it is stocked with everything needed. We will definitely book again soon! GO DAWGS!

This house is wonderful! The living space is spacious, open, comfortable, and inviting. We were in town for a family wedding. Seven of us on the house…super cute, clean and definitely room for all of us. Pleasantly surprised by downtown Athens being within walking distance. We had a wonderful stay at Classic City cottage. Christi was a fabulous host and very responsive. The snack basket was a nice touch to welcome us. Love it! This was the perfect place for us to stay. It had plenty of room for all of us to sleep, and everything was new and beautiful. The owners have decorated the whole house so tastefully and special touches like a welcome basket really made it feel like home. Parking was easy and plentiful, and we just had a really great stay!

Comfortable place with just enough space. Beds were comfy and it was a well kept, clean house. You can walk to downtown, but it is maybe 20 minutes through a mostly vacant park and across a pedestrian bridge. We walked several times! The neighborhood feels a bit gritty and transitional, so be careful. Host was great with excellent communication.
