Perfect place to stay for a Braves game. There is a gate to the property that gives access to a short walk to the Battery and Truist Park. Closer than any parking option at the park. Don't pay the high rates for the Truist park area hotels. Apartment was clean and functional. Very fast communication with host. No issues at all.

Nice apartment and neighborhood
The listing was as advertised. All of the items host listed were provided. The location was great if you are attending a baseball game. If not, there are plenty of things to keep you entertained at The Battery which is approximately a 10 minute walk. I would recommend you get all of your information from the host up front such as the check in process, the gate code and the Wi-Fi password. The pool was a no go as it was slimy and green but I blame the property management for that. She responded to the messages in a few hours but waited until the day of arrival to give the check in procedure, which was unnerving to say the least. She also notified us the morning of departure that checkout was at 10 not 11 as advertised. We were already packed and ready to leave so it was not an issue but still not as advertised. least.

Do not book here!!!
This place is in an apartment complex that was very unsafe. There were people watching my friends and I unpack our bags and waiting for us to get inside. The key to the listing is just in the hallway where anyone could access it. There was a strong odor in the apartment. The host was not receptive to our complaints and we ended up having to book another hotel because we felt so unsafe here.

Decent Property with away too many issues
Arrived and found that the refrigerator did not work. Took 6 days to fix and then it was still not cold enough to put food in. There was a leak in the ceiling from the apartment above that soaked the floor and ruined some of our belongings. There was black mold behind the toilet in the master bath. There was a significant amount of dirt under the master bed. The 2 queen beds had plastic mattress covers on them that were the worst thing to sleep on. The host was great at timely communication, however it took so long for the things to get addressed that we left 3 days early. She promised in writing that she was willing to refund 50% of our stay, however when it came time to do that, she refunded $200 of the $800 promised. I am still fighting VRBO for the remaining money. Please make sure you read all of the reviews before booking.

Property was in a quiet neighborhood right by the ballpark. If anyone plans to see a Braves game it is a 5 minute walk. Also nicely positioned by the highway so you can easily get to the other attractions in Atlanta.

Great location.
We chose this rental for our annual Braves baseball trip. It was perfect for us, with plenty of room for five adults. It is also very close to the stadium and Battery. It was clean and had everything we needed. Communication with the host was easy and all questions were answered in timely manner. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was fine. Not much for seating in the living room. The blinds were all broke and falling off. When staying more than one day-guests may want to consider asking for more towels. If you plan on getting groceries and making meals, you will need to consider bringing pots, pans, silverware, etc. The kitchen is not furnished. The shower curtains were gross. However, the location was great for us because it was within walking distance to the Braves stadium.

Easy location for Truist Field
Overall, it was ok. The convenience to the ball park was great. There were a few things that I feel should be mentioned. 1) VRBO says we will get check in info three days in advance of our stay; that has always been the case with every VRBO I've stayed in; however, this VRBO owner told us we would not be given the information until 24 hours in advance. It made me a little nervous. 2) the location of the key for the house.....not exactly secure. 3) no designated parking spot for the rental. It's a free for all and on game days, the parking lot is not monitored at all. 4) there was no information book inside the rental. I had to contact the owner for wifi info and for the check out procedures. I really appreciate the VRBO owners who supply all of the necessary information. 5) 3 guests = 3 towels. Not even an extra towel. 6) I had to use a hand towel to step on when I got out of the shower. No bath mat provided. 7) the shower curtain in the main bedroom's bathroom was basically shredded. 8) the refrigerator did not cool sufficiently. 9) the noisy, cheap plastic mattress cover on the beds was awful. 10) pillows are extremely cheap and uncomfortable. Overall, I guess I could recommend it, but bring your own towels and pillows; and remove the plastic mattress cover before you go to sleep.

The property conveyed as described. However there are no written instructions with WiFi info or checkout procedures which were texted the morning of. The walk is 3 minutes to Truist Park but no instructions on how to get there, so a map would be helpful. Also sent some suggestions to host but did not hear back.

Loved the location, and easy access -checkin Was food and trash from previous stay in the night stand in bedroom with king bed. Stayed in many and have always in the past had paper/ folder/ small book that had local information in it and local map. It would have been great to have the same thing in this one

The property is exactly as it’s listed. The location is great-it’s around a lot of shopping centers and the mall is about a mile up the street. The owner described the location in such a way that we had no trouble finding it. We had a great time in Atlanta, and this apartment was an excellent choice.

This was a great spot for our family to do something different. Very close to the Battery. There is a gate behind the unit that leads to the road across from the Battery. Comfortable beds and plenty of towels. Owner was quick to communicate when we had a small issue. While it wasn't baseball season-this place would be a great spot to stay if you are in town for a game!

Braves Game Getaway
Unit was clean and was updated as advertised. Location was fabulous. Workmanship to upgrades lacked a little bit to be desired but I’m in construction so it probably bothered me more than it would most. Overall this was a great place to stay if you’re going to a Braves game. Would definitely stay here again.
