Great property but things to be aware of
Our stay had some high points and a few notable drawbacks.
**Pros:**
- The location was great, very convenient and close to malls and shopping areas.
- The view from the apartment was nice.
- The apartment was spacious, providing ample room for our group.
**Cons:**
- We had to request check-in instructions, which should have been provided automatically.
- Despite being a 3-bedroom apartment, there was only one remote and one key for both the apartment and parking.
- The cigarette smoke from other units was heavy and lingered on our clothes. Everything had to be washed to remove the smell. Property has a tons of plug-in but it only mask the smell for so long.
- The host was unaccommodating to our requests, only mentioning they would take them into consideration for the next guest.
- Only one black makeup towel was provided.
- We had to pick up the key offsite at a grocery store, which was inconvenient.
