Bright Modern 4 Bedroom Home w/ Elite Pool Table!

Bring the whole family to this great stay with lots of room for fun & games !

Prepare to be awe-struck by our pristine open-concept contemporary with a Southern Mid-Century Modern flair! A great place to entertain both inside & out in the dramatic, light-filled double island/double-bar chef's kitchen floating between the great room & a truly stunning solarium. The solarium is made complete with our custom pool table & board games.

The space
"Food is symbolic of love when words are inadequate"

So please, prepare amazing meals in our delightful gourmet chef's kitchen with large double marble islands and a top of the line range!

Brand new appliances (dishwasher, wine cooler, refrigerator, washer & dryer).

New TV's & sound system, can also be found throughout the house.
Guest access
The back patio is complete with brand new furniture to enjoy the Georgia sun or cool nights! We have a beautiful garden that is still a work in progress but the outdoor space is great for some fresh air. The BBQ grill is available for use as well (instructions on its use can be found on kitchen counter).
Other things to note
The pool table is a Spencer Marston Monaco with a euro blue teflon cloth and doubles as a dining room table. Instructions on how to switch from one to the other can be found in the solarium by the pool cues.

+PLEASE NOTE- any cost to cover damage done to the pool table or solarium floor will be collected by airbnb on our behalf. Please treat our space with respect and make yourself at home.

DO NOT STAY HERE
This place was terrible! First of the listing is inaccurate. We stayed there with young kids and on the listing it said there was a play ground, kids dinnerware, kids games. None of those things were there. The house was DISGUSTING. There were cockroaches, mold and hair in the showers, floors hadn’t been cleaned in months. Kitchen is very poorly stocked and half the dishes weren’t even clean. When we reached out to host she wouldn’t get back to us and ignored texts and calls. She got back to us the last day we stayed there and told us she was too ill to do anything. She also wouldn’t refund our cleaning deposit even though the place hasn’t been cleaned before we arrived. The barbecue was unusable due to leaves, spider webs, and dirt inside the grill. Place is very poorly maintained. This should be your last resort!

Nice but dirty
Property is as pictured but some significant “misses” that caused us inconveniences. Upon arrival so many spider webs all over house and at entrance. Hardwood floors and carpet dirty including food from previous renters. Propane tank empty upon arrival so steak dinner was delayed due to owner sending someone to disconnect tank and exchange for a full tank. Kitchen lacks essentials like tongs for grill. Checkin instructions not provided as stated until I contacted owner for info on how to gain entry. No WiFi password displayed so that caused another call to owner. A binder or sign should be left so these details are available when guests arrive. Spider webs made it impassible to sit outside as they were everywhere! Owner did send someone to clean floors and exchange propane tank but this was an inconvenience especially after a 9 hour drive!

Dinner party
We had a group make a big dinner to celebrate a friends nuptials. It was the perfect size for kitchen space, entertaining guests, a sit down meal and beds for us to stay up late and crash. What a great place!

Bachelorette Party
We used this property for a group of friends to celebrate my bachelorette party. Only 7 people attended, (house Can sleep 8) and the owner told us if we brought more than 7 people, he’d charge us $30 per person. We weren’t aware of this until 20 min before check in. We also were charged $100 for an “event fee”. I don’t know about y’all but I wouldn’t call a get together of 7 people an event. If you’re hosting a small birthday or in my case a cozy bachelorette party, don’t tell them. Not worth the money.

We rented this house to stay at while in town for the Atlanta Braves game! Perfect location to get to and from the stadium. House was exactly as pictured! We will definitely be staying again for our next game

Perfect for our short stay
The pictures advertised were spot on. The property was perfect for my family and I. I would definitely rent this property again. The only thing I would say is sweep the spider webs off the windows and back patio. Thank you for allowing us into your property.

Good but some things could be improved.
Great location and overall enjoyed the stay. Some things were not so great. Chairs in the dining room were very cheap and not bolted completely, and someone could have gotten hurt. Kitchen is not stocked well at all, and lights were burned out on the patio where you are supposed to walk in and out, and with stairs that is a bit of a safety hazard. There should also be more towels.

Was concerned about camera in kitchen area after noticing pictures of previous guest, We turned it so it was facing wall while we were there since we did not fell like there was a need to take pictures of us. I talked to owner but they denied it to=Akers pictures.

Beautifully decorated and great location.
Loved this place! Decorated beautifully. Had a minor issue with lock but property owner very responsive. Loved using the pool table and hanging out in the kitchen. Only “complaint” but not even really - can’t turn around in driveway and can be hard to back into street but not much to do on this. Thank you for a great stay!!
