We were in town for a softball tournament. The house was conveniently located to local softball fields. The house was nicely updated and had a great back porch and yard for our dog. Enjoyed it so much we are staying again next weekend.

We had a short visit but I hate getting out of routine and needed a nice location to get up and do my 2 mile run in the morning, one hour strength training at the residence and clean enough to cook and an area where we could sleep in peace. What a gem!
This house was so beautifully decorated, immaculate, and incredibly cozy. It had everything you could need. My dogs loved the fenced in back yard and park just down the road. It made a work trip seem like a vacation. We will definitely be back!

The property is in a very quiet neighborhood besides the traffic on the main road(but you can’t hear it within the house). The house was extremely clean and fully stocked! My dogs felt comfortable and we all had a great time. We were close to multiple Marietta restaurants, which was a plus.

Beautiful house close to everything
Our family of 5 - 2 adults, 2 kids and fur baby stayed for 2 nights at this beautiful house which is close to everything. Listing was accurate and communication was great. We liked everything at the house but the best part was the fenced yard and beautiful deck with steps to the yard. We will recommend this to friends and family for sure and are already planning return early 2024.

Wonderful Stay
My family and I needed a place near Sandy Springs for a medical procedure we were coming to Atlanta for. We originally booked a hotel but wanted to bring our two fur babies. I came across this listing about a week ago, if that before the trip. All interactions with the host were so smooth. Even on the day of travel, I received a message from the host wishing us safe travels. The neighborhood was so quiet. Also, most of the houses in the neighborhood had lovely Christmas decorations up! The house is exactly like all of the pictures. Very clean! The fur babies loved the fenced-in backyard. The added accessories such as shampoo, soap, and coffee were an added bonus. It was nice to have a laundry room available to us. We have bookmarked this house as we do travel to Atlanta so this will be our first choice when visiting. I'm also sharing this listing with friends and family. Thank you so much for a great stay!

Close to lots of restaurants and stores - great place for the weekend!
Nice home - the only improvements I would suggest is to make more use of the backyard and “basement” - if it was my property I’d close the downstairs and make a game room with a pool - you could easily get more money/night and attract more family oriented guests - it was a great and welcome surprise to find the shower chair! Perfect for what I needed
Cute little house was perfect for me and the pups while I attended a conference in downtown Atlanta. Way access to the interstate. I was able to drive a short distance to the Marta and save $$ in parking and traffic aggravation. The pups had a yard to play in. The house had all the comforts of home...once I figured out how to make the AC a little warmer. Would stay again if I ever need a place in that area.

Terrific Home Base for Baseball Tourney
Thank you so much for a perfect stay! Our family was in town for a baseball tournament, which notoriously has us drive all over the city. This home was in the best possible location to be easy access to highways and our fields. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, walkable, easily accessible, nearby groceries, etc. The home itself was cozy, well cleaned, and well appointed for a comfortable stay for our family of 4 plus a dog to spend the week. Ample dishes and cooking materials, more than adequate towels, blankets, pillows and laundry. The beds were super comfy, which is probably the most important thing! Lots of seating options. A beautiful deck and fenced in yard was perfect for both us and our pet. Inside we had access to both fans and heaters, should anyone need personal adjustments for their rooms. Our host was so responsive, met every need or question promptly. Five stars all around! We would love to return on our next trip to Atlanta.
