The property had multiple deferred maintenance issues. Most likely owned by a company out of market. Many of the light bulbs were not working. The downstairs thermostat was not working. There was lukewarm water for showering in the two bathrooms. The kitchen faucet leaked water excessively. The toilet paper dispenser was missing in the master bath. The light over the stove did not work. There was a hole in the roof on the front porch that allowed leaves and debris to fall straight through. roof leak stains in the guest bedroom upstairs on the ceiling. It didn’t appear that the air filters had been changed in months or over a year. The walls are beat up from abuse by Prior runners. The front and backyard have not been touched in months. There is trash in the front yard that has never been picked up overall, the house is not as represented on the website. It needs significant maintenance and upkeep.
