Overall stay

Overall the stay was wonderful, the master bedroom, kitchen, living room, outside lighting with sitting area, the first bathroom shower, was great. There are led lights, and disco lighting in the living room.

A wonderful place for enjoying family.

Great open kitchen and family area to keep everyone connected. The spacious kitchen made it enjoyable to prepare meals. Yes I said "enjoyable" to cook 😂 More than ample sitting space for all to be comfortable. Unique, small touches from books to foot massager. Our host Armando was very friendly and checked in frequently to ensure our satisfaction. Would recommend and will reserve again when in Georgia...

The house was very clean and the hosts provided many amenities. The kids enjoyed the technology (Alexa / digital screen on the refrigerator, LED lights, etc.) The house was in a great location for our needs (baseball tournament at various local fields.)

Amazing stay

Kids had a blast catching fire flies in a very cool and clean yard. Location for Marietta and Atlanta was very upscale and site seeing was awesome. House had a lot of cool technology and ideas that we had to put in Amazon cart after leaving. Communication was amazing with owners and very helpful on the little things. Was in town and need electrical tape and had it as soon as asking. I never leave reviews and travel a lot and this stay deserved it. Should be 10 stars!!!

Excellent Stay

My family stayed at this property for several days and we can’t express enough just how wonderful our stay was! My grandmother, mother, children, & I cannot wait to come back in the future. The house was perfect for all of us and the hospitality was great! The outdoor area was enjoyed in the evenings and the neighborhood was quiet & peaceful. We loved the property!

Lovely Home, Modern Furnishings, Quiet Neighborhood

This was our second stay at this location. The host was very responsive and great to communicate with. The house interior is modern with a very nice open central area. There is a large outdoor area in the back with covered porch, new gas grill, heating lamp for cold weather, and several hammocks. Neighborhood is very quiet. Highly recommended if you need to stay in this area!

Paradise Retreat

We had a quick and fantastic stay. Very nice, clean and quiet. We tried to make use of all the amenities. It was very kid friendly as well. The house was well stocked from towels, blankets, games and kitchen accessories. Our daughter loved that fridge could place music. They thought of everything. Even had a book with all local numbers if needed. Communication was excellent. Highly recommend and we will be back again.

Comforts of home!! Great experience!

Our family came in for a baseball tournament, and staying here was relaxing and comfortable. We had all the comforts of home and the house was extremely clean too!! Our teenagers loved the outdoor setup...we would find them in the hammocks at night underneath the lights. :) The beds were super comfortable, which was much appreciated after a long day at the ballfields. The kitchen was well stocked, they even left us a few chocolate treats and snacks, as well as coffee (very nice touches we don't normally see in our VRBOs). The owners do live on the property, but we never even knew they were there (we had a completely separate entrance). The only issue we had was not figuring out how to lock the door, and the owner was very helpful and patient with us! Very safe and quiet neighborhood as well, conveniently located to everything we needed in Marietta, and only about 30 minutes from the Georgia Aquarium downtown. We would definitely stay here again the next time we have a tournament. Thanks for a great stay!

Very nice place

Very nice place. Very clean, updated and quite comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. The turfed backyard is really nice and clean. Be aware, there are a lot of stairs to get into the house. Communication with the manager was very quick and responsive.

Very comfortable stay

Our family needed a rental while repairs were being completed on our home. This property was close by, had enough space for our family of 4, and looked clean and cozy. The reality more than met our expectations. As a bonus, our hosts were terrific to work with - checking-in when appropriate, but otherwise staying behind the scenes. We are very thankful to have found this home so close by and certainly recommend it to anyone who needs a comfortable place to stay in the area.

Perfect place to stay for baseball tournament

We were really impressed with the cleanliness and how well stocked this home was! We stayed for a week while playing baseball at Lakepoint Sports and it was the prefect place to stay with another family. The location is 20-30 minutes from the park depending on time of day. It is in a quiet safe neighborhood, super clean and very well set up to host a group. We’ve stayed in many VRBOs and this one has the most well stocked with coffee and tea, aluminum foils, cleaning supplies, towels and toiletry items I have not seen in other. The outdoor area makes staying there fun and peaceful. The owner was very responsive to us and even mailed us a sentimental item left behind in less than 24 hours of our checkout. We felt very much at home there. I would definitely rent there again!

Max Star Rating ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We ALL recommend this property! I met some friends fro FL, MS, and KY for a catch-up weekend. The space was perfect for 6 adult including 2 married couples. The master bedroom and bathroom were spacious and we all appreciated the soft sheets and comfortable beds. A major perk was the closet space and storage shelves available. We all had our space to unpack and not live out of a suitcase- this, I find to be soooo important to feeling at home. I even did a load of laundry so I didn’t have to bring home dirty clothes. The main bathroom had a beautiful shower and the property owners have been very thoughtful to include an abundance of towels and many other items you may have forgotten. Wow, what a GREAT kitchen! Love, loved, LOVED the custom cabinets (ummm, the drawers have lights:) and the high -end appliances. We enjoyed the high-tech fridge and asking Alexa to play our favorite tunes. If we were inside we were asleep or gathered around the awesome island. Mostly though, we enjoyed the grounds. Even though it was July in GA- hot and steamy, a lovely breeze flowed through the well shaded yard. There were so many different areas to choose from. One of my favorite touches was how at night the property was aglow with lights that drew us outside and encouraged conversation. With the master grill, lights and seating we couldn’t pull ourselves to go out to eat and decided have fun and cook. Last, but not least, the property owners were awesome! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
