THE SPACE
Nestled in downtown Atlanta, this private sanctuary blending comfort and convenience is a haven of relaxation, offering 3 plush sleeping areas (Queen Size Bed, Sleeper Sofa, Queen Size Air Mattress), abundant storage, and homely touches, all in a safe, welcoming setting. Located on the 17th floor, there is a beautiful view of the city from the living room, bedroom, and office space. There is a spacious living room, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and a office area with a large white board and large adjustable desk to conduct any business matters. There is also free wifi. Flat screen TV in the bedroom and a projector in the living room. There is a gas stove, air fryer, microwave, toaster, blender, and refrigerator. There is a laundry room in the basement of the building. There is also a free assigned parking space.
Guest access
Guests will have the entire loft to themselves, offering complete privacy throughout their stay. You’ll enjoy unrestricted access to all the amenities, allowing you to fully relax and make yourself at home in this stylish space. Whether you're unwinding in the living area, preparing a meal in the modern kitchen, or resting in the comfortable bedroom, the loft is exclusively yours to enjoy.
Guest will be provided with door code and inside the condo a black key fob ($100 to replace) for entry to the building. Please make sure the number of guests checking in is on the reservation. Additional visitors must be approved in advance. Our HOA requires everyone to be accounted for in case of an emergency.
ADDITIONAL
Guests should note that the condo is in the heart of the city and just like other city centers in the US, there are often houseless individuals smoking and drinking around the area and outside of our building. Unfortunately, this is something out of our control.
Also the building is under construction now, so there are blowers in the floor of the lobby and in the hallways to get rid of the smells, if you find them too loud at night, you can turn them off. Our parking lot is on-site but privately owned and the third-party owner is not very responsible, so please do not leave valuables in the car. Once more, unfortunately this is also something out of our control.
AC and heating are available seasonally. The AC is a PTAC system - wall units controlled by the HOA without a thermostat. We check the weather frequently and try to notify guests if we think it can be problematic, which may happen in transition seasons like the start of Spring or Fall. However, we do provide additional fans to cool you down and extra blankets to keep you warm.
Please remember you are in a condominium with other residents and owners. As your hosts, we try as much as we can to be available from 830am to 1030pm. If you need a lot of assistance after hours and guaranteed immediate responses during the day, we will do everything in our power to accommodate.
Please do not flush feminine products (i.e., tampons) or wipes in the toilet. Please use the waste basket provided. Also, do not put food or grease down the kitchen sink. A $150 charge will apply if the sink or toilet becomes clogged.
If you’d like food catered we have a food cater that can give you their menu for you to decide. Please ask and let us know your itinerary 5 days before booking if interested.
