* The private pool can be heated, provided the outside temperature is above 60 degrees. Please note that there is an additional charge of $100 per day for pool heating, as it incurs extra utility costs. Many guests prefer not to heat the pool, especially from June to Oct when the temperatures are typically high. Rent for five or more days and enjoy one complimentary day of pool heating.
* The jacuzzi is connected to the pool. Please communicate with the hosts in advance regarding the days and times you wish to use it to ensure it is ready for your enjoyment. The jacuzzi can be heated for up to 3 hours in the evening as complimentary, if you would like longer it would be a $50 charge.
