Nestled in a quiet family-friendly neighborhood, our home sits next to the East-West Connector, your gateway to city thrills at the Battery & nature escapes along the Comet Trail, Chattahoochee River, Heritage Park & more. With Starbucks and Walmart nearby, convenience meets adventure! Perfect for large groups!

Master Suite Bliss: The king master suite beckons you to indulge yourself with a lavish jacuzzi tub, a shower with multiple heads, enveloping you in a spa-like experience, and a huge walk-in closet. Cozy Bedrooms: Upstairs, two queen bedrooms offer cozy accommodations, while the basement features another queen bedroom, offering privacy and access to a separate living area. Each room is equipped with its own TV and Roku, promising personalized entertainment.

Need more sleeping space? Two additional blow-up off-the-ground queen mattresses are available upon request.

Entertainment Oasis: The basement doubles as a secondary living space, perfect for socializing, game nights, or enjoying a bit of solitude. With a private bedroom and bathroom, it's a haven within a haven.

A Community Pool Exclusive to the Neighborhood: The pool will be open during the week before Memorial Day and closed around Labor Day in September. Specific dates will be determined each year. It is 0.2 miles from our home!

- Please read our House Rules carefully and take them seriously. Failure to comply will result in extra fees and/or termination of your reservation without a refund.

- All guests staying at the property must be included in your reservation upon booking. Max number of guests is 12 people. If more guests than permitted are found at the property, we reserve the right to deny entry based on AirBnB’s policies. Extra guests will be treated as trespassers. An additional fee of $50/night per extra guest will apply, and we might request that you vacate the property.

- Early Check-Ins and Late Check-Outs are difficult to accommodate. If you need additional time, please consider booking an extra day.

- Please note, Late Check Out Fees are as follows: $50 for the first hour, $100 for two hours, and $500 for any extended time.

- Local guests are permitted to book on an exception basis only. Local groups looking to use the property for a party, gathering or other group event are expressly prohibited and your reservation may be canceled.

- Any pets you bring must be included in your reservation. You will be charged $500 if you bring any unauthorized pets.

- Please note, we charge $10 extra per person per night after 2 guests (starting at 3 guests). We have this structured to better accommodate different sized groups who come to visit our home.
