Verbesserungswürdig: Sauberkeit und Zustand der Unterkunft
We were locked out twice/ waiting forever for them to open the door remotely….then they just decided not to lock it at all but not tell us until we found out by pressing the wrong code that you could press anything and it would open. Elevators were broken for 48 hours- had to walk with groceries up 5 floors. NO ONE on site ever to help. Place was run down, dishwasher leaked everywhere- burners not working but I didn’t bother because they do everything remotely so honestly if you are only there for 5 days no one can help. And the stairs were locked in the stairwell- no building manager.
Crazy how you can try to operate a business like this with no one on hand if need be. Luckily there was a security guard for the building next door who helped us call them and tried to get the police to jimmy the door….they don’t pay her to help and that’s all she does when she can…really disappointing- I would never use a Sonder location again.
