Located in Buckhead within walking distance of restaurants, shops and Chastain park. A quick Uber ride gets you to downtown Atlanta. This home is excellent for families and any travelers looking for a little extra space with five bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms plus bonus rooms with daybeds.
Recently remodeled with beautiful hardwood floors, marble counter tops and a resort-like back yard, this house is an oasis in the heart of the city. This home also offers Google Fiber internet & TV, 8 flat screen tv's, Tempurpedic beds, and a game room with Foosball/Ping Pong.

Great Property!
Lovely property with all the items we could have needed! The only challenge we had was that the trash hadn’t been removed from the last guests, so there were fruit flies in the kitchen and game room. Would rent again as the property is great for large families and children!

We were super-thrilled about this fabulous place. Our family was in town for a Braves game and this property was a perfect location. If it’s available…. BOOK IT!!!
This house! I can’t find the words to state how the pictures don’t capture the feeling of the house. It has a charm to it that is undeniable. The little nooks, the thoughtful little details, the sunroom, and its location is convenient to everything we needed. The sunroom has coffee in the morning written all over it!! Our family enjoyed the house so much that we had to force ourselves to do what we came to Atlanta to do. It felt like our home. They’ve done a great job and we’d be honored to stay again if the time came! The host is amazing, very responsive, and accommodating. If you came across this home and it’s available, just book it!

Perfect home for a family trip
We had a wonderful stay. The house met all our needs for our family gathering to celebrate my son's graduation from Emory. The house was very comfortable, had lots of space, the beds were comfortable, great backyard space, great game room (lots of jenga was played). Everything is close by: restaurants, grocery shopping. Holly was the consummate host. Would rent it again in a heartbeat. Thank you!

Buckhead home base for football weekend
Stayed here with our college-students (son and daughter) and 8 of their high school friends all reuniting after a semester away at their respective universities . The house was a perfect gathering spot for them. And provided large, comfy, clean sleeping quarters for everyone. This allowed us quiet and privacy away from the group when needed. Great neighborhood with beautiful homes and many conveniences a short drive away. Would definitely stay here again

Land O Lakes is like ‘ buttah’
We had an absolute blast at the beautiful Land O Lakes house. We lived in Atlanta growing up and came back to visit family for graduation festivities. It was wonderful to be in a house that was similar to the one we lived in with all the beautiful trees garden and amazing surrounding neighborhood that is close to literally everything, the house was equipped with everything you could possibly need and more so do yourself a favor and go visit Holly and her wonderful wonderful VRBO stay in Atlanta

Perfect Multigenerational Family House
In Atlanta for a family wedding, my husband and I, my two adult children, their spouses and children, 5, 3, 1.5 years and a 9 month old, were totally comfortable and very happy staying at Holly's perfectly appointed house in a lovely, quiet, safe, leafy, neighborhood. She has accomplished the almost impossible feat of creating an elegant, lovely ADULT environment (King size beds in every main bedroom with luxurious linens and flat screen tv's, 3 beautifully decorated living spaces, up to date well equipped kitchen, 3 spacious bathrooms plus powder room, a nice private outdoor seating/ dining area with grill) and also a perfect CHILD environment (a stocked toy closet, a games room, an outdoor treehouse and play house, furnishings that, while lovely, are relatively kid-proof.) It was the most generously stocked rental any of us had ever stayed at. Holly provided two pac n plays, 2 high chairs, a stroller, a baby bath so our travelers were able to manage their luggage and babies without having nervous breakdowns! I could go on and on, the fresh flowers in every room, the welcoming chocolates and bottle of champagne. It was a first class experience in every way! Thank you Holly!!!!

Perfect home for families
Our family loved our stay here. The house was very clean and well equipped for comfort and entertaining. The open floor plan was great for our group—lots of space to hang out in kitchen, den and sunroom. There is also a fenced in backyard with seating area with fire pit. The bedrooms are all decorated nicely, have nice linens and there was even some children’s equipment that we could use. Holly, the manager was easy to reach about any questions and very accommodating. Great neighborhood close to Buckhead. Highly recommended!

Perfection
First of all, if you are remotely considering becoming a VRBO host, you need to spend the night here to see exactly how it should be done. We have spent a lot of time in VRBO homes for family get togethers and this one has been our favorite by far. The pictures and description are accurate. The attention to detail throughout the house is amazing. My grandchildren thought it was Christmas morning when they saw the toy closet upstairs! From the water bottles and chocolates beside each bed, to the amenities in each bathroom - including specific washcloths for make up removal. This host has thought of everything. The mattresses and bedding were amazing, I could go on and on, but I will end by saying STAY here, you won’t be sorry. Thank you, Holly, our stay was fantastic, I hope we have the opportunity to stay in your lovely home again.
