I was staying here in October for my birthday. Celebrating with another friend who stayed as well. Beautiful area, Quiet and peaceful.Easy to get from the airport. The owner responded quick with any questions and concerns I may of had. I’ll definitely will reserve this place again. Thank You!

Underwhelming
I just want to start by saying that the messages I sent the owner prior to booking several months in advance were ignored so if you need to clarify anything prior to booking good luck. Let's start with the property itself was great and so was the neighborhood. It's the things said to be included in the stay or property/cleanliness/and owner. The owner did walk right in on me while I was occupying the property while I was on the toilet early in the morning the Friday after I checked in stating there was some sort of inspection he was getting prepared for and was bringing supplies for the house. He had literally no idea I already checked in and just didn't bother to verify anyone was there before walking right in. Second. The whole property did have bug issues. Not only were there an insane amount of spiders we came across during the stay but we also experienced a lot of cockroaches. The owner made an excuse stating no he never has bugs, but it's pretty clear the property does get checked for that sort of thing regularly as we found piles of bugs under the couches when we cleaned before leaving. Three. The grills don't work and are not useable. They have charcoal and starter, but the charcoal grill was damaged beyond repair and looked like it had never been cleaned or even used in at least a year. The propane grill didn't start and had no battery in the starter. Neither looked like they had been cleaned or even checked in ages. House also does not have hot tub or soaking tub.

Very good location for our visit with friends in Marietta and our trip to Augusta for the Masters. Brian was great to deal with and very responsive. Backyard furniture is a little dated and could use some upgrading for those wanting to sit outside. All in all a good spot.

Comfort at it's best
The property was perfect for my family. The floor plan is very similar to my own home. The beds were soft and welcoming. We felt very safe and relaxed. Thank you for your hospitality. We made every attempt to leave it. in the same condition it was in when we arrived.

We rented this Property to Celebrate a 50th Birthday Girls Getaway
I really enjoyed the property. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. We felt really safe. The Property Manager Brian was great and responded promptly to questions/help needed. I also appreciated his thoughtfulness leaving a small token when I told him we were celebrating a 50th Birthday. My only small complaint is I choose this property based on the listing of 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms. With 6 Women the more bathrooms the better. There were actually 2 1/2 baths, but we made it work.

Just what we needed
We were in town for the USPA National powerlifting competition (Westin Hotel - ATL). The first house we booked (close to the venue) unfortunately had a tree fall on it so we expanded our search and lucked up on this beauty! We absolutely loved the location and the neighborhood. We were close enough to various dining options and stores while also not too far from our venue. The house was very spacious and had everything we needed to feel like home. The beds were comfy and we all sleep like babies. If in the area or proximity again we will definitely book a repeat stay. We’ve already told friends and family about our wonderful stay. From beginning to end we have no complaints and truly enjoyed ourselves. Thanks for your hospitality!

Quiet Storm
This location was not far from accessing major highways, eateries and was in a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. The host was punctual, flexible, reliable, and ensured our stay was prepared prior and during. Will definitely look to stay here again in the future or recommend to others traveling through! All of my friends that stayed loved the house and the area as it felt like a home away from home.

Had a nice day but the last couple of days is coming okay we had a day where we had no water all day
Overall knife location quiet area the host is very attempt to only problem we had was a day where we can have no water all day long we have to go shower places and do other stuff everywhere else and got no compensation for that but other than that we had a very nice thing
