The Northern California Coast has many beautiful and awesome cities and towns with views that are close by and easily accessible. A few of my favorite places on the northern coast include Monterrey, Santa Cruz, Capitola, Half Moon Bay and many other small but significant points/ports of interest.

Vital information regarding our pool is a key property feature. Our pool has a pump that runs daily to maintain cleanliness and ensure it's sanitized for everyone's enjoyment after each use.
While you're enjoying a swim, the pool sweeper and hoses may be temporarily removed for your safety. We'd like to ask that they be returned to the pool after you swim to continue their vital function. There is a pool that is safe to swim in; please note that the pool is not heated.
Our pool, a key property feature, is regularly and diligently maintained for your safety and enjoyment. Every Tuesday morning between 7:00 and 10:00 a.m., the pool will be temporarily closed for maintenance by Agustin Pool Service, led by Mr. Agustin. This regular maintenance ensures the pool is always in top condition.

Every Friday between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m., Miguel Corona-Gardening Service Company services our lawn. During this time, the lawn care team is on the property to mow the lawn, trim the hedges, and ensure that the grounds are well-maintained for your enjoyment.

Our Waste Management Company is scheduled to pick up our waste every Wednesday in the early morning. However, if there is a Monday holiday, the pick-up will be on Thursday morning instead.
Airbnb’s policy: Parties and events are not allowed.
• Cleanliness: Guests should not leave the listing in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning (moldy dishes, soiled carpets, stains from pets, etc.). Cleaning fees set by Hosts are only meant to cover the cost of standard cleaning between reservations (laundry, vacuuming, etc.).
• Litter: Guests should put their trash in designated trash receptacles and be mindful of excessive trash.
• Damage: Where guests cause damage beyond normal wear and tear, we expect guests to inform Hosts of the damage as soon as possible and work with the Host to find a reasonable solution. Guests are expected to pay reasonable requests for reimbursement if they’re responsible for damage, missing items, or unexpected cleaning costs.
• Approved guests: Guests should respect the approved number of guests and ask their Host if they're unsure about the rules for visitors. Disruptive gatherings are always prohibited.
• Check-in time: Guests should respect their Host’s check-in window and not check in before or after the designated window without prior approval from the Host. There is a two-hour early arrival fee of $50.00.
• Smoking: Guests should not smoke in home.
This includes the use of tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, etc.
• No pets: Guests should not bring any pets or fail to inform the Host about any pets.
