Our spacious 3 Bdr townhouse has everything you'll need during your stay in Auburn! Located directly across from the AU Vet School and an easy commute to stadium, campus, and downtown Auburn.

Our family stayed at the War Gram Eagle house when we came back to Auburn to move our son into his college apartment. The reservation was simple and we immediately received a welcome message from the owner, Wendy, with instructions on how to enter the home. The electronic keypad on the door made it easy to enter the home after a long day of driving and moving items. The home was clean and very cute. The extra amenities like coffee, tea, creamer, sugar, snacks, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, blow dryers, etc made the stay extremely convenient. Wendy staying in contact with us, responding to our messages very quickly, and the instructions in the home all made our stay enjoyable and efficient. We will definitely try to stay at War Gram Eagle again whenever we find ourselves back in Auburn!

Cute townhouse, good location, but …….
This is a cute townhouse in a good location. The owners seemed very nice and were quick to respond when contacted. There are nice touches, such as treats and games for those interested. I would love to give this my usual five star rating, but in all fairness to my fellow renters I feel I must be truthful. This place is in obvious need of a thorough deep cleaning, and some tender, loving care. Among other things the floors were gritty, the oven greasy, the shower curtains were moldy, and there was a thick layer of dust in many areas. We cleaned it to the best of our ability when we arrived and left it in better condition. In defense of the owner, she states she has not seen it in several months and will now hire a professional cleaning company to rectify the situation. I sincerely hope she does as it has a lot of potential. Replacing the beds would also be good since two people sharing a bed will roll together in the middle. A few dollars and some maintenance would bring this up to the standards we expect when renting from VRBO. I wish the owners the best.

Comfy, convenient town home
This town was perfect for my mom and I. And it could have easily accomodated more. The beds are comfy, the decor is adorable and it feels like home away from home. It has all the amenities. Parking is super easy and it's an easy drive to campus. We'll likely reserve this VRBO again in the future.

There was baked on grease residue on bottom of oven and we wouldn't use it. When we arrived the front door was unlocked. The upstairs TV would not come on until we unplugged it from power strip & plugged it into wall outlet. Otherwise everything was fine. We would stay at this property again.

We loved the townhome. Location was perfect and the town of Auburn is just lovely. We only stayed one night as we were driving through heading to North Carolina, but would stay here again and recommend the place to everyone.

We were in town to see our new grandson. This VRBO is in a great location. The complex is quite and easy to get to. The owner is available at all times if you need something or have an issue. I have zero complaints and we are already talking about booking our next stay with them.

The property was in a great, convenient location. We stayed as a group of four females and felt safe. However, the apartment was dusty and dirty. It needed a deep cleaning throughout each room. The owner was great to work with and may not have known about the uncleanliness.

Nice propery, a convenient location and helpful management!
We rented this property for a single night when we brought our son for a campus visit to Auburn University. We found a very clean property with plenty of space, conveniently located less than 10 minutes from the campus. But more important than the cleanliness of the property or the convenient location, the property owner went above and beyond when we had a minor medical issue during our stay. Their communication and helpfulness was more than we could have hoped for. I would definitely stay at this property again and would recommend it to anyone!
