The issue I had was opening the lock, it had to be manually opened, it was cold and a bit frustrating but they walked us through the process of taking the batteries out and resetting it. “

As listed on the details, this house does require using stairs, but we did not mind it at all. It had everything we needed for our family of four and could easily accomadate more people. Kitchen was well appointed with glasses, plates, cookware, coffee maker etc. The living room was a nice gathering spot for us, too.Jack was very responsive when we had questions. “

The space was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The chocolate chip cookies that the host left for us was a huge bonus!
