This enchanting retreat is a secondary dwelling on our private property, located at the rear of our 3,983m2 section, with our new home at the front of the land with all living areas facing towards the sea and away from the small home. The driveway is shared between both dwellings, ensuring easy access.

Recently installed to enhance your stay is a new hot tub which is filled with only fresh water and uses no chemicals for each and every stay. The cozy abode accommodates 2 adults, making it an ideal escape for couples seeking to rejuvenate their spirits.

Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen for culinary adventures, a BBQ area for al fresco dining, and an outdoor fireplace with cooking facilities to enhance your culinary escapades. There is a private entertaining area at the end of the reflection pond, perfect for intimate moments or shared laughter. Additionally, a covered deck area off the main living space awaits you, equipped with clear roll-down screens for all-weather dining.
