Nestled just moments away from Austin's iconic attractions, this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom gem offers the perfect blend of local flavor and homey comforts. Imagine mornings beginning with a fresh cup of coffee on our shaded patio, afternoons delving into the city's vibrant aura, and evenings by the fire pit, reminiscing over the day's escapades.

As you step inside, the spacious living room invites you to relax. Dive into your favorite shows on a large smart TV, boasting subscriptions to Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+. Whether it's work emails or streaming the latest blockbuster, our workspace with computer chair and high-speed WiFi ensures seamless connectivity. The fully-equipped kitchen – awaits culinary enthusiasts and takeout aficionados alike, complete with modern appliances and a trusty dishwasher.

When night falls, choose from our beautifully appointed bedrooms. The first room features a comfortable full bed. Scooters (Lime & Bird) as well as Lyft and Uber are the best ways to get around Austin, especially this close to everything. However, there are also a lot of public transportation options in this area (see CapMetro's website).
We have security cameras outside of our property at the entrances for added security and your peace of mind. We do not have any cameras inside, respecting our guests' privacy.
1) No smoking allowed (of any kind) ($350 fine)
2) No loud noises after 10 PM per city ordinance
3) No events or parties
4) Feel free to inquire about bringing your dogs along. We allow a maximum of two small dogs, each weighing 35 lbs or less. Unfortunately, cats are not permitted. There is a one-time pet cleaning fee of $85. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a dog so we can prepare the necessary cleaning supplies to eliminate allergens before the next guest arrives. If we do not receive notice at least 48 hours before your check-in, the fee will be $105. While staying with us, dogs must be crated when left alone, should not climb on furniture, and must not be left outside unattended. Owners are responsible for any damages caused.
5) The cleaning that you pay for is to clean the home prior to your stay. If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently when you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee - price depends on how long it takes to clean up after you. We don't expect you to scrub the home, but simply pick up your trash and put everything where you found it
6) Minimum age requirement is 25
7) If you do not check out on time (11AM) you will be charged an additional night
8) Please see the House Manual emailed to you a few days before your stay

Austin Getaway
House was a charming vacation spot for my family. Equipped with everything you need to have a good vacation. My family stayed here for the 2024 eclipse and we found this location to be the perfect spot to rest and reset. Property has lovely art all around. The bathrooms and bedrooms were clean with comfortable beds. I found the sofa to be more comfortable than the the office pullout, but the actual bedrooms had very comfortable mattresses. Kitchen is fully stocked and living room and dining room were very clean. There were also many streaming options so we got to watch interstellar on the day of the actual eclipse which was great. The place had great AC and the backyard was a wonderful place to soak in the cool Austin breeze.

Easy Access to other areas great space to work
Nice property. We were in town for our oldests wedding and this property provided access to South Austin and its amenities. I prepped a meal for 100 people in this kitchen. Check in was easy and smooth and house was spacious and well maintained. I would have liked to had access to a vacuum and some basic cleaning supplies other than Windex because we wanted to leave the house as we found it and that’s a pain w no supplies. Also, it was New Year’s Eve and we got quite a free show, the neighbors definitely spared no expense on the fireworks show lol it was beautiful and truly breathtaking (the air was thick). Overall great space! Thank you!
