We spent Friday through Sunday in April. Host was very communicative and flexible. We asked for an early check in and host was really nice and allowed us to check in an hour earlier. But with 35N traffic we arrived after the actual check in. We still were very appreciative. The house is pet friendly and even though we bright our own they had some bowls.
Pros: The neighborhood is nice, fairly new with construction of new homes in the area. The area is very quiet and peaceful if you are a light sleeper. The furniture is nice & looks like the photos. The beds were comfortable and rooms were roomy. The master bathroom is big and shampoo & body wash are available, towels were good quality. We were appreciative they had a washer and dryer, since my UT son brought a load of laundry to wash. It was nice to wake up and have coffee made, we purchased coffee, sweetener and half & half. There was some coffee available but not a lot so we bought our own.
Cons-I will first say the host was responsive to our most urgent issues, but I did not have time to follow up on some of the others.
The internet was really unreliable and would go off pretty often. This was an issue for us since our son had work to do and was not able to due the unreliable internet. The host responded quickly and tried to remedy by having the duplex neighbor reset, but was really a temporary fix. So we could not even use the TV. A few rooms had broken TV’s, stove was not clean, bathrooms need deep clean.
