It features new Brazilian hardwood decking and is conveniently outfitted with a seating area and an outdoor dining area as well.

Stayed here 3 nights and the location was great. The condo was beautiful although it couldn’t have been cleaned up a little better. There was trash behind the headboard in the bedroom and no broom or dustpan to clean up. It was a little dusty but overall the house was nice. We enjoyed our stay.

Unclean Unit with a Great View
This unit is in a great location and had a great view on the rooftop Balcony. However the unit was subpar for the cost. The walls were very dirty the carpet was very dirty. The hot water in the shower last for 5 minutes at a time. Contacted the Vacasa company that owns it and they did nothing. Don’t recommend it.

Very good, but...
We loved this property, but it sorely needs updates including fresh paint and new carpeting. In addition, water heater did not work for the first 20 hours of our stay, Take care of the issues and it's a total 5-star condo.

Great location but…
Great location but difficult parking spot, lots of stairs, just a weird feeling inside the unit. Clean but didn’t feel clean and extremely dated and dark unit. Owner was almost too communicative. Constantly texting etc. vibe was so weird that we never stayed there the 2nd night.

Great location, near the heart of 6th street, but far enough from the hustle if you want to simply wind down. Roof top patio was perfect for the evenings and morning coffee. Well appointed and worked well for our family of four.

Can’t beat the location, very walkable to downtown Austin with an included parking spot. Great views from the roof deck. All else leaves much to be desired; apartment is run-down, walls and carpet dirty, roof is leaking and place is musty. In general not clean. Oven was broken, no sheets provided for upstairs fold-out bed, and Vacasa rep did not make arrangements until night 2. Beware.

Girls weekend
We loved this property. It was close to 6th street restaurants, grocery, and shopping. We enjoyed the short walk to lady bird lake. We loved the rooftop!! When the sun was out and it was warmer outside the bedroom definitely got warm but we just napped on the rooftop! The front door lock takes several attempts.. or maybe that was just us! :) we had a great weekend away from responsibilities and would definitely be back! Also of note this place is not handicap accessible!.. fine for us but I don’t recall seeing that when we booked.

Convenient but dirty
The location was convenient for where we wanted to be and the rooftop balcony was an amazing place to wind down the night with an awesome view. The stairway inside is a bit dark though, there should be some sort of light fixture or light switch downstairs that will turn the lights on upstairs, because it was too dark with no overhead/floor lighting. Cleanliness was the biggest issue with our stay. It did not seem like the cleaning company finished the job before we came in. Dirty beds, toilets, and a musty smell were not a pleasant welcoming. The management company did say they would send another team out, but we had already dealt with most of the issues and just wanted privacy.

Wonderful Property!
My wife and I were looking for a few nights in Austin and couldn't believe this property existed. It is a great location and also out of the way enough to have some privacy and quiet. The view of the night skyline is fabulous and all-in-all we loved it. Some people have commented on the bed as it is low to the ground and certainly that part is a bit different but we found it comfortable. Everything was in great working order and the neighbor next door was very friendly. I highly recommend the property.

Clean, unique condo next to all the 6th St action, but off the beaten path The rooftop patio is private with an excellent city backdrop. There's a grocery store in walking distance and plenty of restaurants in the area. Really enjoyed our stay. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

Upon arrival we found Out that the washing machine was full of mold, so useless ... My E-Mails still received No reply from Vacasa... Dryer was full, carpets have a Lot of stains... The stairs outside to the Appartement have no railings anymore (really dangerous for our Kids) Location, neighbourhood and View are nice.

Nice view of city - no contact with manager or owner
We enjoyed our stay as far as the location to surrounding areas; however it would have been nice to have been able to communicate directly with the condo manager. The bathroom electrical outlets in both bathrooms did not work. Also, there were only a few paper towels in the kitchen, and no coffee or pepper. Made it difficult to cool. The mattresses were also pretty thin so be ware if you have back issues.
