Good property location relative to several common places within East Austin. Pricing was roughly $100 more for a two night’s stay compared to a few rental avenues and equitable hotels in the same vicinity, but comparative privacy is important. Host was quick to respond and discuss any points requiring clarification or adjustment.
Was not made aware that the property is on septic system until check in instructions were provided, and there were requests and stipulations regarding using the plumbing. Also, there was a downed power line hanging in front of and blocking the main entrance, so access to the property was granted through the side entrance located in an adjacent commercial lot’s parking area after back-and-forth with host.
The area is under development and feels “remote”, almost sketchy, to be frank. The specific site is an enclosed plot that is part of a larger space that is occupied by a business, and borders another business, as shown on a satellite map.
Overall pleasant stay with room for improvement.
