This property is perfect for smaller groups who plan to enjoy the city, as well as some down-time at home. Designed by Mid-Century Modern architect and Austin legend, AD Stenger, the high-end simplicity and clean lines of this “Hollywood Hills” styled house is light, bright, and provides the space and amenities you’d expect in a high-end home. You’ll sleep soundly in lush, cozy beds, and feel like you’re at the spa in the custom designed bathrooms.

The entire house was completely re-modeled and re-landscaped in 2019. The open-concept main living space includes a chef’s kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances by Wolf, Faber, Fisher, Pavkel, and Miele, and a large kitchen island that is perfect for gathering. The dining area and living space have 18 foot sliders that open up to an expansive cedar deck, creating indoor/outdoor living. The entire rear wall of the house has beautiful views of the pool and tree-tops, and extends the entertaining space. The fabulous pool overlooks a beautifully kept, multi-level yard designed by Garden Design Studios.

Amazing Stay in Westlake Hills!!
We had the best time at this vacation rental! The location was perfect—tucked away in a quiet, upscale neighborhood but still super close to downtown Austin. It felt like the best of both worlds—peaceful but convenient.The house itself is beautiful, with huge windows that let in tons of natural light and gorgeous views of the trees and pool. Everything was thoughtfully designed, and we felt right at home. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the beds were incredibly comfortable—I’m super picky about pillows and linens, but I slept like a dream here!The outdoor space was our favorite part. The yard is beautifully landscaped, with plenty of seating areas to relax. We loved having coffee on the patio while listening to the birds. It was too chilly to use the pool this time, but we’ll definitely be back to enjoy it!The little luxury touches—like cozy robes and high-end toiletries—made our stay even better. Plus, the host was amazing, always quick to respond and full of great local recommendations.If you’re looking for a place that has it all—great location, beautiful home, and all the comforts you could ask for—this is it. Can’t wait to come back!

UT Masters Graduation celebration
Family gathered here for my son's UT graduation and we had a wonderful time. Plenty of room to congregate inside and outside by the pool and a well stocked kitchen we did a lot of cooking and baking in. Super convenient, very pleasant stay in Austin.

Wonderful and Relaxing
I had to come to Austin for business and I usually stay in downtown Austin. This time I chose this property and it was the best decision ever. After a long day of business meetings I came HOME to a wonderful open relaxing floor plan with an expansive deck and patio with the most amazing pool! I was able to relax and recharge for the next day and do it again for three days straight. The only thing I would let you all know is there is not an ice machine. So please make sure you buy some ice before you arrive. Austin is Hot and Humid! Dinner was easy access to off the beaten path of the downtown restaurant's and I give them a five star too. Grocery shopping is near by. The only other thing I would say is it would be nice to have a real ironing board. I had to use the one in the laundry space that had no light and no plug so I had to unplug the dryer and squeeze into the space to iron my clothes. This property is in a lovely neighborhood and close to everything. Makes you feel like you are home. Very relaxing and everything in the home was upgraded. I will definitely return.

Family Vacation
If you are looking for a safe, clean neighborhood to rent a house for your family, this is definitely it! Our experience staying in this house was nothing short of amazing! This was a last minute booking for us, however, the owners and rental company made the process so easy and effortless! The drive up into the hills was beautiful! The neighborhood was clean and very convenient to the grocery store, gas station, and food! Also, just a short drive and you're in the heart of a beautiful city! Upon arrival, the house was just as the pictures described! It was VERY clean and spacious! The beds were comfortable, bathrooms are a nice size, and the open kitchen-dining-living area is so nice! The large sliding doors leading onto the deck and pool area is simply beautiful! There was a good bit of leaves in the bottom of the pool when we arrived, but a quick call to the rental company and they had someone out the very next morning! If we are ever back in the Austin area again, this will definitely be our first pick!

Great location, but while the house is marketed and priced as a luxury property, the experience does not live up to this. The house sleeps 10, but does not have space for 10 to sit or eat indoors. The pool was very dirty, full of algae; it was finally cleaned mid-way through our stay, but the cleaning chemicals prevented use of the pool for the warmest days of the trip. Management did not respond to texts on this issue. The kitchen was not fully clean, with dirty dishes, old food in the fridge/freezer and old coffee in the coffee maker.

Great location and a luxurious stay
We were so happy with this property! We had a group of ten women and it was the perfect size. Biggest downside is that there’s no door to the downstairs area, so the bedroom with two beds has less privacy and there is nothing to block sound from the main floor. But we made it work. The backyard is beautiful and the master suite is huge. Highly recommend!
