WeWelcome you to our 3 bedroom house w heated Pool

Looking for a cool place for relax with your family or friends, well we have you covered. Our three-bedroom home is located in the quiet Austin suburb of Pflugerville and best of all it comes with a pool. The other benefit to staying in our home is our location to everything Austin. We are centrally located giving you access to Kalahari Resort, Dell Diamond, and the Typhoon Texas Waterpark. Our home comes equipped with high speed internet so it's also perfect as a home office.

Our single story three - bedroom home is approximately 1500 sq ft and features a beautiful pool and backyard. The inside of the home is comfortable with an open concept living space to allow everyone to socialize and conversate all in the same location.

Guest will have access to the entire house with exception of a closet or space which is used to store extra house inventory.

We can be reached at any time via phone, text, or through the booking platform. We want you to have a great stay so if there is anything, we can do to help you accomplish that do not hesitate to ask. We will provide you will all our contact information prior to your arrival at our home. Thank you for allowing us to host your stay in Austin.

The best thing about our neighborhood is the location. Our neighborhood showcases the best of Austin, we offer a family friendly atmosphere in a quiet and serene environment. Yet we a close enough to the action that you can still go out and have a blast without the constant hustle and bustle of the city.

Being that we are in the suburban part of Austin a car is almost a must, but Uber, Lyft or a taxi are all viable options.

We charge an additional guest fee of $20 a person per night after 4 guests. This fee is calculated on the booking app and usually is shown as additional guest fee on the breakdown.

NO UNAUTHORIZED GUEST ALLOWED. A $200 fee will be assessed for EACH unauthorized guest.

Swimming pool: the pool can be heated at an additional fee of $125 per day. Please let us know 24 HOURS in advance if you would like the heater on.

We do ask that you remove your shoes while inside our home. We won't judge if you choose to bring your bunny house slippers. Your secrets safe with us and we appreciate you treating our home the same as you do your own.

Great location and house
We enjoyed staying here because of the pool, BBQ pit, and easy to get around for our trip. Most areas we went to were relatively close. The kitchen ameties were a plus for us as well.

In town for a few days
My family and I were in town for a few days for my son’s UIL state band competition. Glad we ended up renting this house. It was very clean, had all necessary necessities, beds were comfortable, the host was very polite and responsive. The kids had a blast in the pool which was also very clean and well kept. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in the area. We would absolutely rent it again in the future.

It was perfect for my family to get together from out of town! The pool was our favorite part. We really liked that the pool was deeper than average and very clean. Whole house was clean and plenty of beds. Neighborhood is quiet and close to HEB! Would definitely stay again!

We had a lovely stay. Home was clean, in a quiet neighborhood. Pool was refreshing, and warm (note that there maybe an additional fee to heat depending on your dates) Host was responsive to any questions or needs.

Whirlwind weekend
We were in Austin for the weekend to do some wedding dress shopping with friends and family. Check in was not as easy as it could’ve been because the lock box batteries were dead and it was going to take 45 min to fix the problem after driving for 800miles. Once we were able to get in, the home was exactly as described and had everything you would need for a quick weekend. There was extra blankets and towels available as well as a smart TV for any down time. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure was amazing!! Overall, it was a great value and the perfect place to rest after a long day of dress shopping. The host was very responsive and easy to contact. My only feedback would be patio seating and more coffee cups!

Very nice home, did not use pool, communication with Bonnie etc was great, especially after we showed up a day early due to a travel plan error on my part. Very dense neighborhood but the house had a driveway that made it easy to park. Did not use kitchen so no comment on it other than a perusal showed it would have been very good if we had used it. The beds were very comfortable, pool pump is noisy for the bed closest to it in the main bedroom. All in all a very good VRBO experience.

Great stay in the property for the Formula 1 weekend
We had a great extended weekend in the property. The neighborhood is very quiet. Super easy to get to and from the airport or into downtown Austin or to get to Circuit of the Americas. The property is very well prepared and equipped for guests. The communication with the hosts is most excellent and leaves no questions open. They care about their guests and are most helpful. Absolute great experience and 5-star for the great experience.

Comfortable gathering place
We needed a place close to where our oldest was stationed for the weekend. Chose this because of the pool. Pool was great, made use of it every day we were there. Lounged around the house most of the other time. Nice open layout, easy to navigate the kitchen area without bumping into each other. There were a few minor bits which we conveyed to the owners just to help them improve the experience for the next guests, but nothing that diminished our stay or prevent us from coming back.

Exceptional home that was well stocked with exactly what we needed!
This was exactly what we were looking for! It is in a very quiet neighborhood where the neighbors all waived and said “hi”! We felt like we were part of the town really! Close to everything! The house is perfect! Very clean and well stocked! The kiddos enjoyed the pool (still too cold for me in March!). The house is beautifully decorated too! We will be back!!! Thank you so much!!!!
