„The communication was great and Jaya was super nice. Only wish the hot tubswere open past 10 pm. This meant I could only use it once over my three days for about thirty minutes due to my crazy holiday schedule. The restaurants were closes“

„Swim park amenities are only open Thursday through Sunday - property description needs to be corrected! Oven was broken - reported to Vacasa but not repaired. No instructions regarding digital thermostats or entertainment system. Bottom Line - we will not stay in any property managed by Vacasa going forward. In addition, we would not recommend the Reserve at Lake Travis unless you plan to stay Thursday through Sunday.“
