Lake Erie Vista apartment complex was built in 2011. Offering luxury and tranquility right on the shores of beautiful Lake Erie, "The Vista" has elevator & ramp access to its very own private beach with a fishing pier. There is also an indoor heated pool & exercise equipment at the main lobby.

The Village of Geneva on the Lake it is a short drive or bike ride to "The Strip" with unique shops, bars, wineries, & restaurants. The surrounding area offers plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities such as fishing, boating, hiking, and other fun attractions. The Spire Institute is 15 minutes away. Visit the many more restaurants, wineries, parks, & covered bridges within Ashtabula county.

The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, with modern appliances and all the cookware and utensils you need. Dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker (Keurig and Drip/traditional), electric oven, refrigerator with ice-maker, toaster, cookware/bakeware, glassware and dinnerware for 6.

The apartment also includes a washer and dryer, so you can pack light and keep your clothes fresh throughout your stay.

The Master Bedroom has a comfortable king-sized bed with a new memory foam mattress accompanied by a walk-in closet, wall mounted 55" Roku TV, as well as a full master bathroom with granite countertop, and a walk in shower.

The Guest Bedroom has a queen-sized bed & 42" Roku TV.
The second full bathroom has a jetted tub/shower.

The Kitchen, Dining Room, & Living Room offer a spectacular view of the lake.
The Living Room has 2 sofas and a chair with ottoman. There is a 65'' wall-mounted flat screen Roku TV (with DVD & cable box) and an electric fireplace. The Living Room opens to a private balcony that offers an unobstructed panoramic view of the Lake.
