"I stayed 5 nights and was absolutely impressed by the price. The location was amazing and the room was spacious. It was clean but on a closer look did find some hair and dust but not bad. The room did have a little bit of a weird smell but nothing that bothered me too much. The staff was friendly and helpful and I was very satisfied with my stay. If I’m ever back in Melbourne I would stay here again for sure. "

"We celebrated New Years in Sydney. The location of the hotel is great - very close to the wharf area (with tons of restaurants and bars). It‘s very central - perfect for exploring the city. The rooms were pretty decent - not the best but good value. The service was not that great - long waiting times for check-in, room service could be better. We for example asked for water at the reception and they wanted to charge us for that - come on… you‘re a 5* hotel. But it was new years after all and the hotel was fairly busy."
