THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Located in the heart of beautiful Avila Beach, this luxurious, high-style 3BR/2.5BA condo is the perfect escape to a Pacific Ocean vacation! Walk ½ block to the beach and to the sounds of the crashing waves, flying seagulls and frolicking children. Leave it all behind and unwind in the gorgeous, well-stocked beach condo.

This condo was professionally designed and furnished by a local interior designer with all the updated features of a luxury home: extra-large soaking tub, a gourmet kitchen, a king size bed in the master, along with heated floors, dining area and living room with a 65 inch SmartTV and stereo sound…all just ½ block to the beach and the quaint village of Avila Beach.

Gorgeous 3BR/2.5BA Condo - ½ block to the Beach in Avila! This beach-themed condo features designer touch...beautiful tile work, deep soaking tub and well-equipped chef's kitchen. Spend your days on the beach and evenings relaxing in this spacious designer condo.

SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS
With all bedrooms upstairs, the master bedroom, dons a king bed and the en suite with an oversized soaking tub, a stand-up glass-enclosed shower and heated floors. Bedroom two, features another spacious king size bed and shares the spacious and luxurious second bathroom with bedroom three. Bedroom three, offers rest in a sun-drenched room with a full-size bed and a twin trundle that can sleep three more. A luxurious full bath between bedrooms two and three is designed with beautiful tile and hardware finishes. A half bath downstairs accommodates you and your guests in the living quarters.

LIVING & ENTERTAINING (Interior)
Walk through the front door and relax. There is plenty of space in the living to enjoy just relaxing or watch your favorite TV shows on the 60” SmartTV. Don’t forget your Netflix or Prime account numbers so you can stream movies and other favorite entertainment. A large sofa with a lounge seats 3-4, and two side chairs are perfect for two more. A double-sided, gas-burning fireplace is great for warming up in the fall or winter months.

Next to the living room is the dining area with a wooden dining table and seating for four and four wooden stools can be added to the table. Four metal stools are also available to eat at the kitchen island. The dining area is adjacent to the newly-renovated galley kitchen which is fully-equipped with all the essentials to whip up some gourmet meals. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, durable granite countertops, open shelving and a stainless steel farmhouse sink. It’s stocked with all the cooking utensils, a plethora of small appliances and a staple of spices for the chef.

LIVING & ENTERTAINING (Exterior)
Out front is there is seating in the courtyard of the beautifully landscaped complex. A front patio with seating for two and a BBQ is there for the chef du jour.

GUEST AMENITIES
We provide personal amenities including soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion, paper products, along with kitchen necessities such as dish soap and trash bags. There are plenty of linens and bath towels. Laundry facilities and detergent are in the laundry area. The kitchen is also stocked with the essential stapes: olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and spices. There is dinner service for 12 as well as plenty of serving necessities.

PARKING
There are two designated FREE parking spaces for this condo in a secure, underground parking lot. The parking lot has an elevator to the ground flood making it easy to transport your luggage and gear.

THE IMMEDIATE AREA
You are in Downtown Avila Beach! Stroll down Front Street and visit the surf, ice cream and souvenir shops, eat at one of the many restaurants, visit the aquarium, take a bike ride along the Bob Jones Trail, golf at the Avila Beach Golf Resort, do some wine or beer tasting at one of the in-town locations, take a walk along the Avila Beach Pier, or just relax on the beautiful beach and take in the rays. Avila Beach is a quaint town where beautiful lasting memories are made.

PROVISIONS
The nearest large grocery stores are in San Luis Obispo…Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, Grocery Outlet and Ralphs. Closer to town there is the Avila Valley Barn who offers fresh produce and a petting zoo for the kids. De Palo & Sons Italian deli is nearby in Shell Beach. Right in town there is the Avila Market Restaurant & Mercantile. And don’t miss the Avila Beach Farmers' Market on Fridays from 4-8PM.

RESTAURANTS
There are plenty of restaurants right in Avila Beach. Right next to the condo is probably the best restaurant in town…The Custom House, known for its fresh seafood and fine American fare. Ocean Grill is just up the street along with the Blue Moon Over Avila. There are also quick bite places such as the Taco Shack, the Hula Hut or Louis’ at the Beach. There is something for every taste bud in your group. Venture into Shell or Pismo Beach and your options are endless.

ACTIVITIES
Wine, beer and spirits tasting, hot air ballooning, horseback riding, surfing, jeep rides, ziplining, Farmer's Markets, spas, beaches, Pismo Beach, Hearst Castle, Cambria...take your pick. There are endless options to play until your heart is content.

By booking you are agreeing to pay a Property Damage Protection non-refundable insurance fee of $33 (or $25)/night to cover any property damages up to $10,000 with $1,000,000 (or $100,000) in personal liability coverage. This place is great. It's fully stocked with everything you need and only 1/2 block from the beach, very centrally located. The finishings and furnishings are all excellent. We stayed there as a family of 5 (2 adults plus our 3 kids) and would definitely stay again.

Gorgeous property with great location
This condo was one of the most well appointed properties we’ve stayed at. It had all the amenities for our long weekend including beach accessories. It was not only comfortable with nice bedding, it was incredibly stylish as well. One of the things I look for is the kitchen equipment and whether they are useable vs being just worn out leftovers. While I didn’t cook a lot, the kitchen had everything we needed and all the knives were sharp. Lastly, the location was ideal.

Great area but disappointing condo
Property location was wonderful to be close to the beach but upon arrival we found the place to be dirty with stains on furniture, rugs and a few more in the kitchen drawers. There were crumbs and freezer drawers were dirty too. The restaurant behind this condo empties all their dirty bottles after closing in the dumpsters in the middle of the night that kept my guest up. Manager offered very little if we were to rent again. Will not be back.

Ideal location, beautiful and modern fixtures!
Our family of 2 adults and 4 kids stayed in this condo over the weekend, and we were very pleased with the location! It’s steps away from the beach, is nicely decorated, had spacious parking, and was relatively quiet at night. The beds were comfortable and plenty of towels were provided (although some of the towels should probably enter retirement). The only downside was that there was no air conditioning and it was a very hot weekend. Even with the windows open, and fans blowing, we were very uncomfortable during the day and only one bedroom was cool at night. Other than that, it was a fabulous place for a weekend getaway at amazing Avila Beach!

A Great Family Vacation!
This Avila Beach property was all that was promised ... it is a well appointed condominium and extremely convenient to the beach as well as the beachside restaurants and shops. The condominium complex is secured by locked gates and provides privacy. We made good use of the Weber BBQ and well appointed kitchen. Mulligan's (a great place for food and drinks) at the local golf course is a short walk across a bridge that crosses the San Luis Obispo Creek, as is access to the Bob Jones Trail. A roundtrip walk to the end of the trail from the property is about 4 1/4 miles. Good exercise and vies for the creek and creek wildlife. You'll enjoy your stay as we did!

Great location!
Location location location! Even better than I anticipated. It was plenty of room for a stay with our in-laws. Nicely updated and appointed. Beach, restaurants and amenities steps away. Only real downside was it was loud in the mornings. The garbage/delivery trucks come every morning for the restaurant behind the home and the complex has a courtyard that the yard maintenance people came and blew leaves for hours at 8:30am. Not early for some but was for us ;) Either way, we had a great time and will stay again!

Amazing location and condo
The condo is located right behind the main strip of shops, so it was a really short walk to shops, restaurants, activities, and the beach. We were amazed by how clean and upgraded the condo was. The beds in the smaller rooms where not the most comfortable, but fine for kids.

We had such a wonderful time at this beautiful house. 3 adults and 3 children and we could not have been happier or more comfortable. The master bed was wonderful - I am trying to recreate that bed at my own home. Loved having 2 parking spaces, lots of beach chairs, and a cozy, beach vibe. 1 minute to the beach - we will be back for sure and will recommend to all our friends.

Wonderful location in beautiful Alvia. House is well furnished and pretty. Heater was noisy enough that we turned it off at night, so be aware that is pretty noisy. Property manager was exceptional to deal with! Location with parking was super.

This is a gorgeously updated and well-appointed rental very close to the beach. It's a bit smaller than similar Courtyard rentals, but it is the nicest...and the most expensive. We would stay hete again, if we couldn't find a cheaper and less beautiful place.

INCREDIBLE LOCATION
This house is beautiful, one of the best appointed Kitchens I've ever experienced in a rental home. Had EVERYTHING we could need. The beds were super comfortable and the house was so well appointed. We did have some trouble with the bath tub in the large bedroom leaking so hopefully they are able to fix that. Some of the lighting fixtures were super cool looking but a bit low, my brother and dad who are both over 6ft tall hit their heads on the lamp in the living room, the one over the kitchen table and the one over the master bedroom. Beyond that everything was PERFECT! great beach chairs and toys to use, amazing location, so close to the beach and shops and restaurant's! Having the two parking spots were clutch too! All around an incredible place! Also, go check out AVILA FARMS just down the street toward the hwy. super cute and fun to pick your own tomatoes and flowers, feed the animals and ride the tractor around the property! xo

Awesome location!
Couldn’t ask for better access to shops, restaurants, activities and of course the beach. Shirt walk to everything yet felt private and comfortable. A bit hard to find at first but figured it out. Only two parking spots and no 24 hr parking near by made it a bit difficult for our group but it was nice to have dedicated garage parking. Very nice a condo, updated and clean. Would stay here again.
