A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home and family-friendly accommodation with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers).

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny home, all caravan park areas, and the surrounding areas.
The tiny house is 100 meters away from the main house and approx 10 meters away from the first tiny house (Shiraz Tiny House, lighter colored tiny house).

- You can take a V/Line train from Southern Cross Station in Melbourne to Ballarat. This journey takes about 1.5 to 2 hours.
- Then, you can catch a bus from Ballarat to Avoca. From Ballarat, you can catch a V/Line bus to Avoca. Check the V/Line website for the latest schedules, as services may vary.
From Ballarat to Avoca, you may follow these steps:
- You can catch direct V/Line buses from Ballarat to Avoca. The travel time is typically around 1 hour. Again, it’s best to check the schedule on the V/Line website for timings.
By flight:
- The closest airport to Avoca is Melbourne Airport (Tullamarine), which is around a 2-hour drive from Avoca.
- Upon arrival, you can rent a car or use a rideshare service to drive to Avoca.
- Alternatively, take a SkyBus from Melbourne Airport to Southern Cross Station, where you can follow the public transport directions to Avoca using the V/Line train and bus services.

- Keep in mind that services may not run very frequently, particularly on weekends or public holidays.

- Mobile reception has good signals for Telstra; Optus has weak signals; The rest have no signal
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge
Important note:
- Keep in mind that outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- Tiny homes will be located on caravan park grounds with park rules applicable
- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present in the surrounding areas
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the [compost/cassette] toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
