„Exactly as listed, I’ve been coming to Avon yearly for decades, (anyone have a nice place for sale?) This property is right on 12 basically as soon as you get into town. Walking distance to the beach and Froggy Dogs. The pool table and arcade games on the first floor are a nice touch. Would recommend and stay again. “

„We were just here for a little weekend get-away before Christmas. The house is as advertised. It feels like staying at your friends well-loved beach house. The view is beautiful, you are close to everything and there is plenty of room for kids (and the dog) to relax. „Vista #6 What a lovely beachfront home. It was very spacious and clean. It had everything that we needed and wanted. The only problem that we had was getting on to the beach. The access from the house to the beach was a very steep incline. This caused a couple of my guess to have to walk down to the public beach access to get on the beach. I would not recommend this house if you have any knee issues because you would not be able to get up on the beach from the house.“
