„We were just here for a little weekend get-away before Christmas. The house is as advertised. It feels like staying at your friends well-loved beach house. The view is beautiful, you are close to everything and there is plenty of room for kids (and the dog) to relax. While it has almost everything, there wasn’t a microwave, which was a bit of a surprise. The sandspurs are abundant, so shows outdoors are a must. We would definitely stay here again. “

Everything worked in the kitchen ( we went to food lion and cooked almost every night ) Everything in the description was correct. The hot tub is out of this world! I will be staying here again! “

The edges of all the rooms were sandy and dusty, vents and ac needed to be cleaned. We loved that it was steps to the beach especially with babies!“

„We had a very nice experience staying. The weather is cool (~80 degree). The house has big space. There are some tiny issues such as faucet for cleaning sand should be replaced. The toilet at top floor has water leak unless you push the flapper hard. We tried to use the bunk beds in the beginning but felt safe to use the sofa bed at top floor (the house has 4 bunk beds which can sleep 8 people). The location is great (we’ve been in OBX multiple times and love Avon!) and the ocean views can’t be beat. Waking up every morning to the sun rising over the ocean was amazing. If you’re a family like ours, and aren’t bothered by the condo being a little outdated, I would highly recommend this rental! “
